Great Product overshadowed by Design flaws

[This review was collected as part of a promotion.] My Christmas purchase of the Galaxy Buds 3 Pro began with immense satisfaction, courtesy of their impressive audio performance and outstanding noise canceling. However, this was immediately undermined by the discovery of the well-documented charging case defect. To find such a critical flaw in the third iteration of this product line is not only frustrating but also indicative of a serious quality control oversight. It's a significant letdown for a product marketed as premium, especially considering the otherwise excellent features.

I hate this design they don't stay in your ears you also have to squeeze them very hard to change a songs and let's not forget about trying to turn the volume up another headache and when you on the phone they have the audacity to be sensitive so if you move your hair out the way and accidentally touch them they hung up your call please go back to the old design. Signed a samsung earbuds holder

To help enhance your experience, please ensure that both the earbuds and the charging case are clean, as dust or debris can affect charging. Additionally, try using a different USB-C cable and adapter, and make sure the charging pins inside the case are properly aligned with the earbuds. If the battery still isn’t charging, resetting the earbuds may help. For touch controls that aren’t responding, check that they are enabled in the Galaxy Wearable app, and consider resetting the earbuds to restore functionality. Lastly, for a better fit and comfort, adjust how the earbuds sit in your ears, as slightly rotating them could improve the seal and enhance noise cancellation. Hard to use the touch controls. The mic arms are constantly getting in the way when I have to put on my work safety gear. The ones I had would make a clicking noise every time I moved my head. The new design does not work for me.
