I gave them a 3 because they do not fit my little ears as well as I'd hope they would. Even after changing the ear tip to the smallest tip provided, they still feel like they are going to fall out. & because of that, I find it challenging to switch the song manually or turn the volume up or down :(

I traded in my Samsung Buds Pro for these and I love them! The quality is great, the sound is really good, and I enjoy the Noise cancellation!

The headphones are great. Comfortable with good sound quality and they fit great. The only downside is the Active Noise Cancelling. For whatever reason, it can't cancel out higher frequencies, and instead, kind of amplifies them. Like when I'm working from home with ANC on, I can't hear my wife playing music in th other room, but I can very distinctly hear every click of my keyboard, or my dogs nails on our hardwood floor.
