It hurts my ears as it doesn't fit my ears perfectly

Hi there Nishant, we appreciate your feedback on your Samsung Galaxy Buds3 Pro. We understand how frustrating it is to have a brand new set of earbuds that are not comfortable for prolonged wear and listening. We have provided a link to an article to help you with the placement of your earbuds, and recommend a fit test be performed when you are connected to the Samsung Wearables App. We have also shared a link to the Samsung Support Team if these resources do not help you find the comfortable fit you are seeking. Thank you for being a Samsung customer. -Elizabeth How to wear your Samsung Galaxy Buds3 and 3 Pro https://www.samsung.com/us/support/answer/ANS10003519/ Samsung Support smsng.us/Samsung-Support Samsung Community smsng.us/Samsung-Community Facebook smsng.us/Facebook-Messenger X https://smsng.us/X-Messages
Gonna be honest here and say I don't like them very much. I've had every pair of galaxy buds so far and these are just barely above the galaxy buds live. I think the ANC is not as good as the last buds pro and these are just worse in every functional way. It's super annoying to put the buds back into the case. It's also very annoying to use the touch features. Whoever thought going from one finger access to needing two fingers should be fired. Who wants to use two fingers to control the ear buds? pinching? it's literally a downgrade in functionality.
No, I would not recommend this to a friend.

I upgraded from the galaxy buds pros and I'm so glad I did. I'm actually appreciative of the airpod similar design because the airpods always fit so much better and seamlessly than the buds pros. I absolutely hated the buds pros. They didn't fit right and kept falling out, were heavy and awkwardly bulky, and unlike their predecessors, they didn't come with different sized wing tips to help them stay in the ears. Now I don't have to be an isheep and can remain with my galaxy devices without having to get airpods. Good choice samsung.
Great sound, fit well, good looking, haven't exactly figured out how to control them very well, batteries charge fast but don't last long enough to to watch movies on a long flight.
Love the features of voice commands, the touch to the devices and the clarity. Now weird thing I notice is when I push the buds a bit more inside my ear it makes a really loud screech sound, even though nothing is playing on the buds. Sort of annoying.
