Don't lose them

If you lose them, and they're still inside the case, you can't locate them with "find my earbuds"

They fall out all the time

I purchased the Galaxy Buds 3 Pro silver, and they fall out all the time. I have tried changing the tip from small, to medium, to large several times, but I feel that they fall out because of the design and not the fit. I cant eat or chew gum with them in. I cannot lean forward too far. They do not want to stay in! I can compare it to wearing a heavy poorly fitted pair of glasses and have to constantly be push back on. I owned the Galaxy buds 2 before this and they also were bug and bulky, but they stayed in better, but would cause ear soreness from tight fit. I owned the original Galaxy buds and used them for 6 years! before they gave our and they fit better than all the new models. I tried purchasing a refurbished set of original Galaxy buds but they were broke and the noise cancelation did not work, so I was forced to go with the new models and they all sucked. Super disappointed and with they lived up to the hype. But they did not because they fall out all the time. And no I do not have odd shaped ears.
No, I would not recommend this to a friend.

Used to be great, now terrible.

I've had these since September and at first they were perfect. Great sound, noise cancelation was impeccable, charged quickly and reliably...then one day, the left bud wouldn't charge in the case. I would charge them and the right was fine but the left barely charged. I searched online and did all the recommended tips and tricks, to no avail. The only thing that worked sometimes was to charge both buds independently...still the left bud never ever fully charges. I'm at a loss. I love these buds, but now the left barely charges anymore and I basically use one now. If I get both sides charged, I use both but I'm lucky if I can get the left to charge past 60%...I've tried every trick in the book. What's going on? Is this because of a software update? Can you guys help in any way? Please advise.

Restart the earbuds by placing them in the case, closing it for at least 7 seconds, and then taking them out again. Also, verify that the charging case is functioning properly and has sufficient battery. Finally, use the Galaxy Wearable app to check for any available updates for your earbuds, as keeping them updated can enhance performance. These ear buds are by far the best pair I have had. Love to feature of telling it " volume up"...

Sound is great. Battery life is not what is advertised. Only get 3 hours before needing a charge.

Unboxing these earbuds was the start of a major letdown. No matter the adjustments, they refused to fit and kept falling out. Frustration replaced excitement within minutes of use.

To achieve a secure and comfortable fit, it's important to use the included ear tips properly. Begin by selecting the ear tip size that best matches your ears. Make sure the ear tips are firmly attached to the earbuds and positioned securely in your ears. Adjusting the earbuds' angle can also help improve their stability and prevent them from falling out. Additionally, you c an use the Earbud Fit Test available in the Galaxy Wearable app to ensure the best fit. Simply open the app, navigate to Earbuds settings, and select Earbud Fit Test. The earbuds will emit a sound, and the app will analyze the fit.
