Not ready for release, far too many bugs. Almost impossible to return so am stuck with some mediocre headphones. The sound quality for music is fantastic, if you plan to use with your phone for calls it horrendous

Upgraded from the pros2 and love the new design. I am a hiker/walker and had an issue with buds2 constantly popping out, had to buy an 'anti-lose' strap to ensure I didn't lose them. The new design fits more securely in my ears and haven't popped/fallen out yet. I also like the 'controls' a lot better, they respond a lot better than those on the pros2, as well as provide better, easier control.
A big problem is it does not support call feature of mic isolation which the inbuilt samsung s23 ultra microphone does but when connected to this earbuds it doesnt do that. It's bad atleast from a samsung eco system perspective I expected it to have an option for that. Although, i think there is an inbuilt noise isolation is good. The case is not at all good. It is prone to scratches, the clear transparent body isn't also good gets a lot of scratches. Sound quality is good that got it 2 stars otherwise I would have returned it.
No, I would not recommend this to a friend.
