Last earbuds you will need to buy

The Galaxy Buds3 Pro are easily one of the best sounding wireless earbuds I’ve owned. As an audiophile, sound quality is my top priority, and these absolutely deliver. The audio is detailed, balanced, and powerful, with excellent clarity across highs, mids, and lows.
The noise canceling is outstanding, making them perfect for focused listening, travel, or everyday use. When I need to stay aware of my surroundings, the Aware/Transparency mode works very well, allowing outside sound to come through naturally without sounding artificial.
Battery life has been phenomenal, lasting through long listening sessions with ease, and the charging case is well-designed, compact, and convenient. Connectivity has been solid, and switching between devices is seamless.
Overall, these earbuds punch well above their weight. They easily compete with — and in some cases outperform — much more expensive audiophile-level devices. Samsung really nailed the sound, features, and usability with the Buds3 Pro. Highly recommended.
I would recommend this to a friend!

Truly appalled

Overall a great big disappointment. They're actually frustrating to use. I might even prefer not having earbuds. I had the very first generation of galaxy buds from years ago and they withstood an absolute beating. I loved everything about them down to the case design and color. The battery life was starting to drain but it wasn't near inconvenient or anything. Unfortunately I lost them somewhere and needed new ones. I hate just about everything on these new ones. The stems are impractical. They make it easy for the earbuds to fall out when any little thing brushes against them. They look ugly sticking out of the ears and the touch features are way less accessible when you're trying to swipe a finger up and down a target surface area of like 3 sq mm. If you want a pause, you can no longer do it with a simple tap. You have to pinch, again, a small surface area on the stem of the device. The battery life doesn't seem any better than that on my old ancient ones. The fit of the earbuds is atrocious. Again, I think it has to do with the stems. It just doesn't stay in the ear well enough to block out noise. Most of the time I'm trying to keep them from falling out. The noise cancelation blocks out about half the volume around you with very loud static. Conversions are still audible. At first I thought I was having trouble with the fit because the left side sounded like it didn't fit as well as the right but then I realized there's some sort of imbalance with the noise cancelation between sides. I thought sticking with the galaxy line would make it easier to use since I've always had a Samsung phone but even the sound control is nonsense to access. It used to be available on an separate app but now it's located in the settings app?? I think there are plenty of other options out there that could easily replace these earbuds. Especially for the price point. This was such a disappointment. I wasn't asking for a lot but this has taken an extra step to inconvenient for me. I'm a heavy user of audio devices and they function to do more than just play sound for me so I can't believe this is what the galaxy line has to offer right now.

My buds worked good for about 7 months, then the sound went out on the left ear piece and stop charging. I was sent another pair. But after a month same problem.

They were a serious let down...

I have owned all the Galaxy Buds since the first one and these are by far the most disappointing. They almost never connect to the charging case and the controls on the earbuds are hard for anyone to use that doesn't have small fingers. In order for you to get the best sound quality you have to have Adaptive Sound on and that amplifies ambient noise whether you want it to or not, sometimes I have my earbuds in because I don't want to hear outside noise. I'm a huge fan of Samsung products but when I use these earbuds it literally feel like the didn't even make an effort to improve them. First Samsung product I regret buying.

Not worth the hassle

I was super excited for these after losing my buds2 pro, but I quickly regretted my decision to buy these as a replacement. I watched multiple videos to be absolutely sure I was taking the ear tip off correctly...and it still broke.
That aside, I hated the stem and the way the buds fit in my ears. The controls are also much less intuitive. I'm super bummed about how difficult it is to find even refurbished buds2 pros because those were so much better.

Thank you for reaching out to share your feedback on the Galaxy Buds3 Pro. We appreciate your candidness as we continue to make improvements. The Buds3 Pro features a canal-type design with an enhanced 2-way speaker and immersive dual amplifier. Additionally, the Galaxy Wearable app includes a control bar at the top, allowing users to easily turn on or off Ambient Sound, Adaptive Sound, or Active Noise Canceling. The Galaxy Buds3 Pro also offers sound detection, seamless connectivity with other Galaxy devices, neck stretch reminders, and a Game mode when using experimental Labs features. We see that you may be having some challenges trying to switch out the ear tips. When changing the ear tips on your Galaxy Buds3 Pro, make sure to choose the tips that fit your ears, and change them properly using our guidelines. Be careful when handling the tips, and avoid using your fingernails when pulling off the tips, as they may tear. We also noted your feedback regarding the new stem style of these buds. The Galaxy Buds3 Pro's blade lights indicate their current status. You can review our guide for more information about the blade lights through the attached link. Thank you for your feedback once again. If you have any further concerns or questions, please do not hesitate to reach out to us at Samsung Support. -Kelvin

Galaxy Bud Pro 3
on February 11, 2025

[This review was collected as part of a promotion.] If I'm being Honest the Bud pro was and all galaxy buds for that matter are way overpriced. Sound is above mediocre. Here lies the problem. I have literally bought 8 pairs of galaxy buds. I have lost all but 2 pair. Samsung NEEDS to figure out how to be able to track the buds even if they are dead. Not only that u can't track the earbuds if they are in the case, AND they can't cherp in the case either! This is So crucial as I lost the earbuds when they were in the case. In this situation, it makes the find my earbuds Totally useless irrelevant. On the other hand as far as the phone goes. I LOVE the "Erase Audio" feature. I've been waiting for this. Well done

Right Bud stopped working after couple months
on February 12, 2025
Posted by: Will
Right ear bud stopped working completely after a couple of months. Samsung took me to a service that doesn't even provide service for ear buds. So I have no choice but the mail in it and hope they fix it which means I won't have have for about a few weeks. Not happy with this purchase and Samsung clearly rushed this product. Never had issues with the Buds 1 and 2.

Great Product overshadowed by Design flaws
on March 14, 2025
Posted by: Patrick
[This review was collected as part of a promotion.] My Christmas purchase of the Galaxy Buds 3 Pro began with immense satisfaction, courtesy of their impressive audio performance and outstanding noise canceling. However, this was immediately undermined by the discovery of the well-documented charging case defect. To find such a critical flaw in the third iteration of this product line is not only frustrating but also indicative of a serious quality control oversight. It's a significant letdown for a product marketed as premium, especially considering the otherwise excellent features.

We appreciate your feedback on the Galaxy Buds3 Pro, Patrick. We’re excited to hear that the audio performance and noise-canceling features met your expectations! We gate to see your disappointment regarding the charging case. The Galaxy Buds3 Pro charging case includes advanced features like wireless charging and indicator lights for convenience, but ensuring it performs reliably is essential. If you’ve encountered any difficulties, we recommend following the care instructions provided in the user guide to maintain the charging contacts and case. For example, cleaning the charging contacts regularly with a soft, dry cloth can help avoid issues caused by debris or sweat. We've provided a link to the manual to further assist you. If you are experiencing any challenges with the case, please be sure to reach out to us at Samsung Support so that we can further assist you. -Kelvin
