Full disclosure, I also own 2 pairs of Galaxy Buds2 Pro earbuds.
I think the sound quality has improved, and the voice quality when using the earbuds for calls. They stay in my ear just a touch better than the Buds2 as well. The charging case is a better design; now you can see if the case is empty or loaded. The only con I can think of is that they look a bit dumb in your ears and they are less stealthy.

I have a pair of Bose earbuds and I've had the galaxy ear buds live. The peanut shape ones. I switch from those to the ear buds pro 3. I love the quality of them. They are great comfortable in my ear. I will be taking them on my first 5 mile bike today.
