The newer Samsung Galaxy earbuds come equipped with this feature, which effectively blocks out surrounding noise, allowing you to fully immerse yourself in your music. If you need to be aware of your surroundings, simply turn off Active Noise Cancellation. You're correct that this feature only works when both earbuds are inserted in your ears. We also noted your concerns regarding the fit. The Galaxy Buds3 Pro come with different sizes of ear tips, so it is important to ensure you have the right size for your ears. A proper fit prevents gaps between the ear tips and your ears, avoiding sound leaks and ensuring optimal audio quality. Once you have the correct tips attached, check the bottom of the earbuds for directional marks that indicate “L” for the left ear and “R” for the right. Insert the right bud into your right ear, making sure the “R” is facing you, and do the same for the left bud. Angle the earbuds slightly so that the microphone points toward your mouth, and adjust them by rotating until they feel comfortable. Nice Features But Design Issues

[This review was collected as part of a promotion.] The sound quality is great compared to the Buds FE, Live, and the other variations I have had. The biggest complaint I have is the buds fall constantly. The Galaxy Buds Live were the only ones that fit my ear with never falling out.

Wearing them improperly can cause discomfort, sound leaks, and makes them more likely to fall out. As you know, the Galaxy Buds3 Pro come with different sized ear tips. The first thing you want to do is make sure they have the right size tips for your ears. You want them to fit so that there isn't a gap between your ear and the ear tip. This helps to avoid sound leaks and ensure optimal audio. Once you have the right tips on your buds: 1. Check the bottom of the earbuds for directional marks. You will see an L and an R. 2. Insert the R bud into your right ear with the R facing you. 3. Insert the L bud into your left ear with the L facing you. 4. Angle the blade slightly so that the microphone on the bottom is pointing towards your mouth rather than straight down. 5. The sound output is great and the fit is good The controls take a little learning to use but once that the short time is over, it works a treat. The battery life is no better than my previous Buds 2 but I honestly did not think that as a downside. The ambient noise cancellation level is much better than my Bud 2 and I am impressed by that and it has better level setting setting regarding that. The slide touch volume step levels is not adjustable which needs to be changed, but not at al a deal breaker.
The down side are the silicon tip on the buds. They are not uncomfortable, they feel great, it is near impossible to get them off without tearing them. They need to eb cleaned every so often and my ear canal is slightly bigger than the other. One fits great, the other a little loose. So I want to change to a larger tip, but I am afraid of tearing them to remove them. Now imagine needing to take them off to clean. I would give them 5 stars but removing/changing the silicon tips issue I mentioned takes 2 stars off right there.

To safely detach the ear tips without tearing, avoid pulling them excessively or twisting them forcefully. Instead, align the latch at the bottom of the earbud with the groove of the ear tip and carefully cover the latch with the ear tip when reattaching it. This method ensures the ear tips remain intact and functional. Additionally, cleaning the ear tips regularly using a soft, dry cloth can maintain hygiene and performance. Great sound, eh fit

[This review was collected as part of a promotion.] Works great between the phone and tablet and love the sound out of them but I have big ears/ear canals and the tips (largest) just don't hold the buds in my ears very well. Have used aftermarket tips to try and keep them in my ears and it's an issue. I still use them for just sitting around or at my desk and the Audio Eraser works great for noise canceling but have gone to other ear buds for working out or even walking that I dont have to tap back into my ears every few minutes.
