Not a great update from Buds 2, not comfortable!!

They're so uncomfortable really. It goes from the Buds3 Pro to disaster. It doesn't stay in your ear. No matter how you insert them, with the little black parts and all the plastics seems scratch you while you're putting it on. Awful.
Sound is great. But I think comfort comes first and is lacking a lot of it. Especially going from something small, to just having a blade sticking out your nose and some buds that can't stay in your ear even if you switch the tips.

A downgrade from thr Galaxy Buds2 Pro

[This review was collected as part of a promotion.] I really hate the new form factor. The stem keeps catching on everything, causing the headphones to fly off. So far, I have been lucky and they haven't fallen anywhere I can't retrieve them. Secondly, the controls are a huge inconvenience. The old controls, simply tapping on the headphones, were so much easier and more convenient. I could be carrying bags in both hands and still be able to pause and resume or answer a call. With the new squeeze controls, my hand needs to be completely free to make any changes. Honestly, audio quality aside, this is the worst generation of the buds.

[This review was collected as part of a promotion.] When I first purchased my buds, I didn't like them. Once I learned how to use them, I love my Galaxy Bud Pro 3. The sound quality is amazing! The smooth transition of the volume when I'm listening and I start talking to someone is amazing. I feel like I'm in a theater when I'm streaming movies. I feel like I'm right there when I'm listening to my E-Books. The seamless actions across apps is awesome. When in a phone call, the call quality is amazing. It's so crisp and clear.

Poor product quality from Samsung. Intermittently won't charge due to "sweat or moisture," after workouts, even after product Also, earphones will only last for 2-3 hrs max, and the case will offer about 2 full charges. Very disappointed because I just got it and its already had multiple issues. Would not recommend anyone get these.

Sweat or moisture on the charging contacts can lead to charging interruptions or corrosion. We recommend thoroughly cleaning the earbuds and charging contacts with a dry, soft cloth after workouts before placing them in the case. Regarding the battery life, the Galaxy Buds3 Pro are designed to provide 24 hours of use on a single charge, and the charging case offers an additional 30 hours when charged. For extended battery life, it's best to store the earbuds in a fully charged case when not in use to minimize battery consumption. You can also adjust the notification settings from the Galaxy Wearable app on the connected phone.
