Fall out, loose using large tips

They fall out even on large tips. I have always worn medium tips and never needed large tips in 20yrs of buying earbud headphones. This is the first time I've had to use large tips and they still fall out. They get even worse when they get sweaty from a workout and fall out all the time. Samsung needs to provide multi flange tips or XL tips. Also the medium tips ripped when removing them so don't expect to clean these tips since they'll just rip to shreds. Samsung doesn't realize how stupid it is that they have to make a dedicated web page and YouTube video to "show" people how to fit their earbuds. It's not rocket science so that means you made a badly designed product.
The noise cancellation doesn't cancel out treadmill noise which is kind of annoying for AI NC.

I really liked the design, only the ear pads cannot be changed because they feel stuck and when you remove them they break, that is the only thing I did not like.

I am amazed with these. The noise canceling option is out of this world. It literally drowns out noise and makes you feel like you are in a soundproof room. As a runner, I appreciate the adaptive options too because I can clearly hear my music while maintaining awareness of my settings. Absolutely worth it.

Keeps sliding out of my ears

Ive had these earphones for about a week they're definitely an improvement to the buds 2 pro regarding sound but they just keep falling out I find myself pushing them back into my ear very often with any type of movement I make they slide out ive tryed different ear tip sizes and it the same thing.
I would recommend this to a friend!

Best headphones ever. The noise canceling is great as well. Once it's on it makes everything outside quiet. One - Zonk is these are not built for the gym, once you start sweating it starts to slip out the ear. Also one little touch from a towel or your hand, it falls out on the floor so you have to be very careful at the gym. But as long as you don't move too much these headphones are great, A+, good battery life. Very cool, very good sound quality, GREAT BASE (even compared to my Dre beats headphones, this has good base too and it sounds louder!) I have not tried the interpretation mode on these headphones where it translates for you when someone is speaking another language, cant wait to try it. Another - Zonk is it is really hard to turn up the volume or skip a song on the headphone because it's on the thin stem so when you try to do that, it moves the headphone out of your ear, so I avoid it by just changing volume or skipping songs on the actual phone.
