Comfortable and great sound

[This review was collected as part of a promotion.] I am really picky about my earbuds and how they feel in my ear. I have given more a way to others in my family than I care to say. I will say that these are about the most comfortable earbuds that I have ever worn from Samsung or anyone else.
The sound quality on these are the best yet that I have tried. Really phenomenal! The microphone sound is excellent as well which is a bonus when I am using them for calls. I wear these Buds more now than I have before just because these are so great and so comfortable.
The noise cancellation for what it is is excellent as well. I have had no issues with quality on these including swapping out the tips.

Not as good as the pro2

Ear fit is not as good as the Buds Pro2 making putting these earbuds on not pleasant. Also the proprietary earbud tips make this unfriendly to find third party earbuds for.
No, I would not recommend this to a friend.

My fav Samsung Buds

[This review was collected as part of a promotion.] I had original Buds, Buds Live and Buds Pro. I couldn't use Buds Pro 1 and 2 due to it making my ear itch due to the nickel in it. But these ones I can finally use again. Love the fit, I can shoot around in basketball without having to worry about it falling out. Pretty good sound and noise cancelling. Not sure about the Galaxy AI with it yet, hoping more features get added.

Firmware issues

I really like these buds but unfortunately the microphone does not work on Snapchat video calls. It works fine with buds2, please fix this issue.

Buds 3 pro great sound

[This review was collected as part of a promotion.] I got the silver Buds 3 Pro during pre-order. My wife stole my buds 2 so this was a good opportunity to get myself a new upgraded pair!
Coming from regular buds 2, the sound and ANC is great. I've only used them for one phone call so far, but everything sounded clear.
I really want to test out the Galaxy AI features like the real time interpretation, but my wife was getting sick of my silliness. I'm curious how much of a lag there will be and if it will be practical in a live environment, but I imagine it might have some trouble keeping up. I'll just have to test it out to see.
I've been listening to music much more ever since getting the Buds 3 Pro and I've been pleased with the purchase.

Very disappointed.

After waiting for the delayed shipping date. I got these buds3 Pro a day early. But after just 30 minutes of use, I started getting crackling and popping sounds from the right-side ear bud. Then after a few more pops and crackling, the right ear bud started giving a constant static sound. I tried all different setting. Nothing changed. Very unhappy and disappointed! I did like the voice controls, the ANC was fantastic (until the bud gave out.) and it was comfortable.
No, I would not recommend this to a friend.
