First, please ensure you are using the included USB cable along with a Samsung-approved wall adapter. If you’re trying to charge wirelessly, make sure the case is positioned directly in the center of the charging pad, as misalignment can affect charging. If your charging case has a cover, consider removing it, as this could interfere with wireless charging. Additionally, check that the earbuds are properly seated in the case. If they aren't fully in place, the charging contacts may not connect. We also recommend inspecting the charging contacts on both the earbuds and inside the case for any dirt or debris that might be blocking the connection. Regular cleaning can help maintain proper contact over time. Keep an eye on the indicator lights as well. If you see a flashing red light, that indicates something may need attention. If the lights are unresponsive, try disconnecting and reconnecting the charger for a brief period. I feel like these earbuds need more optimization. When I remove one, I hear a strange sound that wasn’t present with my previous Samsung Buds. It seems like this product wasn’t thoroughly tested before release. I’m giving it 3 stars because of the lack of proper optimization. I hope Samsung addresses these issues in future updates so this doesn’t end up being a waste of money.

The noise canceling works great! I drive a work van and it's rattles like crazy. When I'm using the ear buds it all goes away. I can hear my music, podcasts and calls so much better than my last pair. They can hear me so much better too. I do wish the translation worked a little better, but it gets by. I do service work and use it quite often for many different languages, and sometimes they don't have them available yet. Hopefully the next update will include more of those and some more verbal commands as well.
