Great fit great sound

[This review was collected as part of a promotion.] The buds pro are light years better than the previous generation. The fit for my ears are exceptional and no longer fall out. The audio and sound quality are improved as well!

This buds sounds exceptional but have some flaws

[This review was collected as part of a promotion.] When it comes to sound quality, this buds blew me out of the water. In sounds perfect but when it comes to usabilities I found some issues. The most annoying one is the stem shape. Its slippery and hard to hold it properly for it being triangular. Also the ear tips, 2 of them ripped when I was trying to switch. I don't know if I can get a replacement for those.

[This review was collected as part of a promotion.] These earbuds truly are an amazing upgrade from the previous version. The ANC has imporved so much. The anc is incredible and they sound amazing. The bass punches even more than before and the highs and lows fit in just right. They are very comfortable and look nice too. The translation tool using galaxy ai is also super innovative and useful

Seeing all of the negative reviews because of quality defects, then my delivery date being pushed back an entire month. But today I received the new buds and let me say, they are perfect and while the noise cancelation doesn't rival my sony xm5s the sound does. They sound fantastic, probably my favorite pair of headphones to date sound wise. As of right now, samsung outdid themselves, only negative, I wish it was still tap to pause but with this new system and the new Galaxy AI, I'll learn.
