Poor fit

I have had these about 6 months. The sound quality is great buy they just do not fit. I can only use them while sitting still. They do no stay in my ears with any movement. I have tried all the included tip. Fit test even says they are good on all the sizes.
No, I would not recommend this to a friend.

Love the fact that each buds have its color indication to know between left or right , the noise canceling is great.

[This review was collected as part of a promotion.] This battery lasts me three days and I only ever have to charge it for 30 minutes. It is so convenient. It is so strong and durable I have hit it against many wall without a scratch (on the watch).

[This review was collected as part of a promotion.] Really wish there was some sort of hook for the ear to distinguish them from airpods and ensure they do not fall out. The functionality is amazing though. Love how when I talk I can hear around me, combined with the noise cancelation when I'm not talking. Truly exceptional. Seamless actions across apps make it even easier to enjoy.

One Bud Will Not Charge

One bud will not change had these a month and the left bud will no longer charge. Cleaned, restarted, tried reset, and reseated the buds and still nothing. Google this and you'll see it's a widespread issue.

Great sound quality, I love the noise cancelling . Overall I'm impressed. My wife hates the fit of them so I guess they are not right for everyone.

Horrible Earbuds

One of Samsung's worst earbuds. They don't stay in your ear and they constantly turn off noise cancelling. They also don't charge all the time in the case. Tried to return these and Samsung said only thing I could do is have the earbuds serviced. Don't waste your time with these
