It doesn't fit into my ear, very uneasy to use them. It is just not only me my friend also had the same issue. These buds just fall out from the air time to time. It is so frustrating.

Good Earphones. Falls off ear when i tilt my head though. Also my ears gets irritated with the tip material so replaced with silicone one. The sound is great when they stay in my ears. Noise cancellation is effective. I work around planes and cancels the noise enough to comfortable levels.
I would recommend this to a friend!

Not Worth the Upgrade

[This review was collected as part of a promotion.] I upgraded from the Galaxy Buds2 Pro to the Buds3 Pro, and honestly, I regret it. While the sound and bass are slightly improved, the overall experience is frustrating.
The biggest issue is the fit—they constantly feel like they’re slipping out, especially the left one. Mine even fell out on a subway staircase, and I was lucky to grab it in time.
Another problem is charging the left earbud. It often doesn’t charge properly, requiring me to reinsert it multiple times before it connects.
Battery life also seems worse. While the case’s battery percentage is visible in the Galaxy Wearable app, it no longer appears in the Bluetooth tab like it did with the Buds2 Pro, making it less convenient to check.
The new stem design also makes cleaning more difficult, as dust and lint collect easily in the case.
Overall, despite slightly better sound, the fit issues, charging problems, weaker battery life, and inconvenient design make the Buds3 Pro a downgrade. If you own the Buds2 Pro, I wouldn’t recommend upgrading.

While it's great that you noticed improvements in sound and bass quality, we understand you had some concerns about the overall experience. For the fit, adjusting the earbuds by rotating them slightly or ensuring the ear tips are properly aligned with the grooves on the earbuds may help them stay secure. If the left earbud continues to feel loose, trying different ear tip sizes or ensuring they are correctly installed might improve the fit. Regarding charging concerns, ensuring the charging contacts are clean and free of sweat or liquid can help maintain proper connectivity. If the left earbud still doesn’t charge consistently, reinserting it as you’ve been doing is a good step, but we also recommend restarting the earbuds or checking for updates via the Galaxy Wearable app. For battery life, storing the earbuds in the charging case when not in use can help conserve power. While the case’s battery percentage is visible in the Galaxy Wearable app, we understand the inconvenience of not having it displayed in the Bluetooth tab anymore and appreciate this feedback. As for the new stem design, regularly cleaning the earbuds and case with a soft, dry cloth can help prevent dust and lint buildup.
