The Galaxy Buds3 Pro come with different sizes, and a proper fit should eliminate gaps between the ear tip and your ear. This helps prevent sound leaks and ensures optimal audio quality. When you have the right tips, check the bottom of the earbuds for directional markings: “L” for left and “R” for right. Insert the R bud into your right ear with the “R” facing you, and the L bud into your left ear with the “L” facing you. Angle the earbud slightly so that the microphone points toward your mouth instead of straight down. You can also adjust the buds by rotating them until they feel comfortable. Definitely started off strong, great features all around and definitely exceeded my expectations and voice oj calls were crystal clear BUT they slowly DECLINED in quality after a month. After 4 MONTHS the case stopped taking a charge and I have no way of charging buds. Buds started RANDOMLY producing a HIGH PITCH sound that would cut through my ear and hurt like crazy. My voice on calls would sometimes sound staticy even with a full charge in areas were they had worked before. I use them almost everyday and it seems they are not meant to be use on a daily bases. They don't hold up as advertised which is disappointing since I'm all in with Samsung. I hope this doesn't happen with all the other phones tablets and laptop I've purchased.

These are better than my buds 2! With one earbud in you can experience noice canceling that actually cancels the sound. I do prefer the previous style and being able to choose your color.

Good product, horrible warranty

Headphones work good, but dont get caught running or hiking in the rain, because even though they advertise an ip57 rating when they break and you try to warranty them liquid damage voids the warranty. Oh and on top of that out of pocket repairs cost nearly as much and buying a new set.

More issues than ever

I love samsung but these are the first product I absolutely hate less than a year charging issues connectivity issues and now one bud won't even charge.

This product has problems

[This review was collected as part of a promotion.] First off the buds are extremely easy to lose to never find again. Once the lid closes there is no link period. I've lost several times and luckily they turned up. The galaxy Ai translator works great with the buds. My buds often have feedback screeches and it seriously hurts the ears.

Poor Phone Call Sound

These are the worst earbuds I have ever owned. People constantly complain that they cannot hear me and I have changed and tested all the different settings. I have called support three times and each time the call dropped after spending 15 minutes trying to troubleshoot.
