They sound great but...

Sound quality is great but they are really uncomfortable. They gave me blisters in my ears. Also the battery don't drain the same in each one; whten using both, the right one drains more quickly than the left

Awesome noise cancelation!

[This review was collected as part of a promotion.] I really like the active noise cancelation feature which was the main reason for buying them. They work just as expected and i love how you can also put it to adaptive noise cancelation so if you speak or hear a loud noise it'll pause what you're listening to on the buds so you can hear the other noises or voices. I am able to keep them on for long periods of time with this feature so I would strongly recommend these buds!

Great quality, short life

[This review was collected as part of a promotion.] I bought these headphones right when they launched in 2024 mainly because I lost my previous pair of "Galaxy buds 2" so I thought it was a time for an upgrade. I wasnt the biggest fan of the design I loved the previous bean style headphones but I was willing to give the newer design a chance. The design was so-so to me but what I did love was the quality and features: Galazy AI, Live translator, or the auto deafening when engaged in a conversation. I used about all the features daily when at work, they allow me to stay hands free so I'm not constantly pulling out my phone. The biggest complaint is the battery life of the case recently stopped charging so I'm no longer able to use them but on the upside they came with a 24month warranty so I'm in the process of getting them repaired. I look forward to getting working again because they are a bit pricey to buy again.

Its as good as the 2 buds 2 pro in terms of sound but the way they sit in the case made the buds difficult to charge and having these just about 8-9 months they practically dont charge with out some paper towel or something up in the glass to press the buds down into the case to make contact. Its really disappointing.. my right bud is almost never charged.

The battery life is horrible. My budz2 last longer then these. I start work at 6am and by 830 9ish im charging them.. I will continue to use my buds 2

Nice Sound - With a Constant Right Ear Click

I bought these as an upgrade to another older set of buds because one bud was always cutting in and out. These have good sound, but my right bud has an annoying click that I find distracting and I hear constantly. If it wasn't for that, I'd give them 5 star rating. But that click plagues me.

Over priced and a terrible design

The battery life of these ear buds is terrible. I use to get 6 plus hours while using active noise canceling on my bud2 pros, while using one ear buds I could nearly get through a full day of work. I also didnt have issues with the bud2s dropping Connectivity while and cutting in and out while using them. The sound quality is about as good as the previous generation but the comfort is less then the previous. In other words it doesn't matter the rest of the feature when I can't get 4 hours of play time without using ANC with one earbud in. And I case does a single charge on the buds and its out of battery, so in short unless you plan to leave them on the charger allday everyday and only use them once in a blue moon they are an over priced paper weight
