[This review was collected as part of a promotion.] The first bud I had were Samsung's Buds FE and having never experienced noise canceling headphones or ambient sound, they blew my mind. But the difference between the FEs and the Buds3 Pros is subtle and yet sophisticated. If you turn your head to the side, they adapt their listening in the corresponding ear. They very accurately help me control the volume and pitch of my own voice, which has been something I have struggled with my entire life. The volume you can control by running your finger up or down the long piece. The clean, crisp sound they produce. The weight of the Buds and the case just makes them feel solid and high quality. Im still learning all about everything the Buds are capable of and just in the limited time I have been using them (about an hour), they have already surpassed what I could have envisioned. Highly recommend.

After a month, the left earpiece stopped charging; it charges when it feels like it.
The right one works. Sometimes it doesn't connect right away. They discharge quickly; I don't have enough battery to listen to anything in the background.

Thank you for your honest feedback regarding your Galaxy Buds3 Pro. If you notice that only one earbud is charging well while the other isn't, try updating the software. When a software update becomes available, the Galaxy Wearable app will notify you with a popup. Tap 'Update' and follow the instructions. During the update, the earbuds will disconnect from your phone and will reconnect automatically once it’s complete. To manually check for updates, insert the earbuds into the charging case with the lid open, open the Galaxy Wearable app on your device, go to Earbud settings, and tap 'Earbuds software update,' then 'Download and install.' If an update is available, it will start automatically. If problems persist after checking for updates, contact the Samsung Support Team for help. We're here to assist you. Best earbuds on the market

[This review was collected as part of a promotion.] These buds are seriously the best I've ever used, the Galaxy AI is just mind-blowing. The noise canceling is awesome, and the sound is super loud and clear. The mic's good too, nobody ever complains about it. My favorite thing is the seamless switch with voice commands, it's wild! I can be watching a movie on my Galaxy Book 5 Pro with that amazing AMOLED display, and when a call comes in, it pauses and switches right to my phone. I just say "Answer Call" and it answers! Then, as soon as I'm done, it switches back to my laptop and the movie picks up. I totally love this ecosystem ❤️.

Great sound, better features

The real-time translator feature is actually surprisingly decent, I can see myself using this a lot for travel. It's not perfect, but for casual conversations, it's a game-changer. The other AI features are cool too, making things feel a bit more futuristic. Definitely worth checking out if you're curious about the latest tech.

Awesome upgrade from the last model. Sound canceling has improved and is ideal for a loud job site. With the watch and the air buds i never have to tske my phone out. No digging around under my tool bag to pulk out a phone only to see its a telemarketer. I love them and highly recommend them.

Charger Case

Earbuds have great sound quality and battery life. They connect quickly to your phone and do very well to block outside noise. The Earbuds are comfortable even after a couple hours of use.
Biggest flaw is the charger Case. This is now my 2nd pair and both cases just never worked properly. Even though the earbuds and Case were both dry and clean, the charger Case just wouldn't charge my earbuds.
