I'm not impressed.

[This review was collected as part of a promotion.] Galaxy AI is not at all important to me. I want to be able to use Galaxy AI only when I choose to, not because it's forced on me by being already installed on my phone. I seem to have issues with my Galaxy Buds3 Pro when I only have one in my ear, people cannot hear me clearly when I speak. I have used the diagnostic features to clear up the sound on my buds. I do like the noise canceling and I I would like to be able to use the ambient sound features, I am kind of glad that I got them because I can ring them whenever I can't find them. I desire that Samsung would improve its own core features instead of attempting to duplicate other companies; it is a detrimental aspect of the Samsung experience.

Good earbuds with quite a few issues.

Great sound quality and functionality for having a conversation.. as long as you are sitting still. Definitely not for everyday regular use. This headset doesn't have a great design, personal opinion. I consistently have to readjust to keep them to stay in. I have owned them for less than 3 months, the right one is already having issues staying connected, doesn't sync properly in the case, and now periodically makes an extremely high pitch noise when i take it out until i put it in the case. The left one though has no issues hah. Now i have to go buy something else that is more efficient for regular and daily use after spending as much as i did for this set.
No, I would not recommend this to a friend.

Only had for one month and had problems with working and charging. Sound is good.

Earbuds fall out of ears too easily

They dont stay in my ears at all.. i have to shove them in every 5 min or less sometimes. That or wear ear muffs or a beanie to hold them in.. why do i have to shove them in so deep? It feels like they are pushing on my eardrums.. and they also feel like they stretch my ears out... the sound canceling is great but i cant really move around with them in or they will fall out.. and when they fall out and hit the ground they have a loud ringing in them. The only way to fix the ringing is to put them back in the case for a few min.. i have the smallest rubber things on them but they still dont fit.. how can i make them more comfortable nd not fall out??? Please help these were expensive!!

Incorrect fitting can cause discomfort, sound leaks, and increased risk of losing an earbud, especially during activities like jogging. Make sure to use the correct size ear tips, which come in various sizes, to ensure a snug fit without gaps for optimal audio and minimal sound leakage. The design wasn't thought through enough

Let's face it, if you have an Android phone, these are basically AirPods Pro. I bought them as an upgrade to my Galaxy Buds FE.
Here's the rub: they sound great and their ANC performance is good under ideal conditions. However, the triangular shape of the stem makes wind whoosh through the ANC, which doesn't automatically turn itself down to compensate like my Buds FE do. Also, that triangular shape makes them fiddly to rotate, which you have to do to put them in the case, because they go in backwards. I ended up returning my pair due to weird glitches on top of everything else.
No, I would not recommend this to a friend.

I wanted to love these but I have a major complaint. The sound is great, fit is great, battery life great BUT I bought these specifically for the voice command function which is terrible. It has only worked a handful of times. Would not recommend fir this feature.

If you’ve configured a voice assistant like Bixby on your phone, your buds can also utilize it. The Galaxy Buds3 and Galaxy Buds3 Pro have their own voice commands, which can be enabled through the Galaxy Wearable app. Open the app on your connected device, go to Earbuds settings, then select Voice controls. Turn on the switch at the top to activate voice commands. Beware of long term use

Best sounding earbuds I have ever had, however 1 earbuds lost charging ability within 4 months, while the other lost charging ability after 8. We're great earbuds, but did not last long enough to justify the price.
