These buds 3 pro are amazing. Very happy with the sound quality and mic audio. I have had one of the ear tips rip but I use different size ear tips in each ear, so it wasn't a big deal.
One issue I have noticed is phone calls my left ear bud will crackle causing issues for the person on the other side of the call. I reset the buds and it fixed them, but 3td phone call after, it came back. Yes the buds are in my ear tightly. But wow the mic quality for others is incredibly great! The noise cancellation is so so good for the mic. Overall very happy but hopefully I can figure out the crackling noise.

I've owned every pair of Buds made by Samsung. These are the best. ANC is amazing. I didn't change the tips so am not sure if they will break when I do.

The overall experience so far is great. The fit and sound are a huge improveent from by buds 2 pro. The only negative it's the fact that I tried to change the tips and they broke. They are too delicate and it almost impossible to change them without any damage.

The old Buds 2 Pro sometimes fell out of my ears, but the Buds 3 Pro are comfortable to wear. The music sound quality is better than before, and the call quality has also improved.

So far, to this point of me having the buds pro3 for a week, they are living up to their expectations. The sound is equivalent to Bose in my opinion and the actual phone calls, super clear amd concise. Now I just have to learn the pinch and swipe methods on this device. Otherwise, it's highly recommended and has my vote.
