Earbuds sometimes doesn't charge and would need to be adjusted 4-5 times before it would recognize the buds are in the case. Extremely annoying as these are pretty expensive buds, I would expect everything to work perfectly out of the box. Sound quality is good though if you can overlook the horrible charging case.
No, I would not recommend this to a friend.

Thank you for sharing your experience with the Galaxy Buds3 Pro, Alan. We understand how frustrating it can be if your earbuds aren’t charging or turning on properly. If one or both of your Galaxy earbuds are having trouble, it could be related to the earbuds themselves or the charging case. Sometimes, using a charger that isn’t approved by Samsung might lead to this situation. To help, we recommend fully charging the case, checking the earbuds for any visible damage, or restarting the earbuds. If that doesn’t do the trick, we’ve included a helpful link below for more troubleshooting steps. If you still need assistance with this or anything else, please reach out to us at Samsung Support. We're here to help! -Kelvin https://www.samsung.com/us/support/troubleshoot/TSG10000013/#samsung-earbuds-dont-charge smsng.us/Samsung-Support smsng.us/Facebook-Messenger smsng.us/X-Messages smsng.us/Samsung-Community smsng.us/Warranty-Info smsng.us/Samsung-Care-Plus
They are very comfortable and controlls are great. They pair up to my Samsung reliably. They go great with Samsung ecosystem. The reason for 3 stars is that the noise canceling doesn't handle loud noises very good. They make clicking sounds in addition to the loud noise. Also battery of case doesn't last as long as my cheaper JBLs. I figured for the premium price of these they should be much better than the cheaper brands.

Thanks for reaching out with your feedback on the Galaxy Buds3 Pro, Jorge. We're so glad to see that they fit well for you and that the pinch and swipe controls work well for you. We also love to see that they've been able to connect seamlessly to your other Samsung devices. We'd like to address your concerns about the battery as well as the noise cancellation and clicking sounds. Regarding the clicking sound, we recommend starting with a proper earbud fit. Make sure to check for software updates on both your buds and your phone. You can also reset the earbuds using the Galaxy Wearable app. If the concern continues after these steps, try re-pairing the buds with your device. Additionally, the Buds3 Pro case provides 30 hours of extended battery life, so be sure to keep them charged when not in use to make the most of that. We understand how important the noise cancellation feature is. You might want to try the additional bud tips that come with the earbuds. They can help reduce sound leaks and ensure that the noise cancellation works effectively. If you have any further concerns or if the clicking persists, please don’t hesitate to reach out to us at Samsung Support so that we can work with you to resolve this. -Kelvin smsng.us/Samsung-Support smsng.us/Facebook-Messenger smsng.us/X-Messages smsng.us/Samsung-Community smsng.us/Warranty-Info smsng.us/Samsung-Care-Plus

Battery life from the 80's

The sound quality is good but is not worth the headache that comes with the battery life on these things. I have had every generation of Samsung pro earbuds and these ones have to have A HALF TO A THIRD of the 2nd generation pro earbuds. Why not just charge the case you say? And that's a great point.... as long as you never ever unplug the case. You know that old laptop you had that would run out of power and die 5 mins after you unplugged it from the charger? That's exactly how this case feels. 2 nights ago I charged my case up to full. Yesterday, I use the right earbud at work for about 4 hours and it dies. Okay, whatever. I put it in the charge and use the left earbud to finish up the last 4 hours of work (yes, they will not last you an entire work day) After work, I don't really think about them and leave them in the case all afternoon. That same night, I went to use them on my PC only to find that the right earbud charged about 18% and the left one had not charged at all. The case doesn't even give ONE FULL CHARGE OF EACH EARBUD.
No, I would not recommend this to a friend.

Great design, horrible function

Only reason it's got 2 stars is the call audio quality. The background noise is significantly cut down. Ive been a fan of galaxy buds for quite some time now. These Buds 3 Pro are an absolute disappointment. The battery life doesnt come close to what they claim. 3 hours of playback if you're lucky. The eartips are a horrible design. The rubber is so paper thin, I knew they would fail eventually. Well when they did fail, it wasn't from yanking on the awkwardly to actually change them out. No it simply split apart from PUTTING THEM INTO MY EAR. An utter disappointment. Do better Samsung

I'm not impressed.

[This review was collected as part of a promotion.] Galaxy AI is not at all important to me. I want to be able to use Galaxy AI only when I choose to, not because it's forced on me by being already installed on my phone. I seem to have issues with my Galaxy Buds3 Pro when I only have one in my ear, people cannot hear me clearly when I speak. I have used the diagnostic features to clear up the sound on my buds. I do like the noise canceling and I I would like to be able to use the ambient sound features, I am kind of glad that I got them because I can ring them whenever I can't find them. I desire that Samsung would improve its own core features instead of attempting to duplicate other companies; it is a detrimental aspect of the Samsung experience.

Thank you for sharing your thoughts on the Galaxy Buds3 Pro, Laydibud78. It sounds like your buds are functioning well overall, especially when using just one to take calls. You mentioned using the ambient sound feature—have you tried activating it during calls? Enabling Ambient sound during calls can help you hear your voice more clearly. Great sound quality and functionality for having a conversation.. as long as you are sitting still. Definitely not for everyday regular use. This headset doesn't have a great design, personal opinion. I consistently have to readjust to keep them to stay in. I have owned them for less than 3 months, the right one is already having issues staying connected, doesn't sync properly in the case, and now periodically makes an extremely high pitch noise when i take it out until i put it in the case. The left one though has no issues hah. Now i have to go buy something else that is more efficient for regular and daily use after spending as much as i did for this set.
No, I would not recommend this to a friend.
