[This review was collected as part of a promotion.] I love my Buds! I use them almost daily for calls and various forms of media consumption (such as gaming). I hardly go anywhere without them. I even went as far as to make sure they are connected with SmartThings, which came in handy bc I used it to locate them at the movies one time when they fell out of my pocket. They sound amazing and fit comfortably in my ear.

Excellent sound and noise cancellation

Love the sound and that head‑tracking directional trick. Features feel personal, not cookie‑cutter. Fits better than the old style, and I’m weirdly charmed by the light strips and see‑through charging lid.
Not so hot on the angular “sci‑fi” look or the limited color picks — silver is hard to spot in dim light. Still figuring out what those lights actually do. The “pinch” controls were clumsy at first, and the screech when touched on some settings is rough. They’ll still fall out of my ears eventually, and getting them into the case is a fiddly process — the buds don’t snap in or guide themselves; you have to manually nudge each one into a tight, awkward slot, and even then it’s easy to misalign them, especially in low light. I’ve even tried to stick the stem in my ear more than once — it’s that confusing, and honestly, I’m not sure how I haven’t ruptured an eardrum yet. The interchangeable ear tips have a strong, chemical odor that hasn’t faded in over a month.
Bottom line: Galaxy Buds3 Pro sound amazing and feel tailored to you, with head‑tracking audio and a slick charging case that’s frustrating to align — the buds don’t snap in or guide themselves, and misalignment is common. The sci‑fi look, clumsy pinch controls, and weirdly smelly ear tips keep it from being a slam dunk.

Bad charging on buds

I would not buy these ear buds again the charging on these buds is not good at all, and when you call samsung they give you the run around about it and want you to find someone in the area to look at them
No, I would not recommend this to a friend.

Unreliable charging

Sound is excellent, however the charging for them is completely unreliable. Case has a full charge but will only charge the ear bud you put in first every time, then when I go to use them 16 hours later the case is almost dead along with the ear bud. Did this from day one and I was hoping it was a software issue. Samsung did nothing to help me resolve the issue.

Great sound, shoddy fit, issues

[This review was collected as part of a promotion.] Sound is amazing. The fit is terrible for me personally and I have to constantly adjust while ending calls due to the controls.
There is an odd sound that comes from the buds when I end calls. I've already had to return a pair so I am not optimistic about build quality. QA needs work.

We want to make sure you have the best experience, so we recommend trying out the different sized ear tips included with your buds. Finding the right size is crucial for a snug fit, which helps prevent sound leaks and ensures excellent audio. If you need help changing the tips, our guide on the Buds3 Pro will walk you through it. Once you’ve got the right tips, make sure to position the earbuds correctly: the "R" bud goes in your right ear with the "R" facing you and the "L" bud in your left ear, also facing you. Angle them slightly so the microphone is pointing towards your mouth, and you can adjust their position for the perfect fit. You can even run an earbud fit test in the Galaxy Wearable app to check if they fit well.
