The new planar drivers make these buds the best thing I've ever heard. Since these support 24 bit 98khz these sound better than my sonos set up. If you love music you will not be disappointed. I compared the buds 2 pros with the buds 3 pors and the bass on the buds 2 feel muddy compared to the buds 2 pro. The buds 2 pros bass also is stronger on drops I listen to a lot of edm music and I enjoy the bass the highs the mids. These are the best buds in the market. Enjoy these amazing buds

Best Galaxy Buds Yet!

I have been using these earbuds for three days now. I was fortunate enough to receive mine early (and a flawless pair of buds, I inspected them closely and even pulled my tips off with no tears or issues) before the quality control concerns caused a halt in production. I am absolutely delighted with these earbuds! They stay in my ears securely, which is a significant improvement. The new design also creates an excellent seal, enhancing the effectiveness of the active noise cancellation (ANC). The ANC feature is remarkable, by the way! The sound quality is just as impressive as the Buds 2 Pro, if not better. There is definitely more bass compared to the previous Buds 2 Pro. The new touch and pinch controls function exceptionally well, and I have not experienced any frustrations with them. I highly recommend these earbuds.

Quality looks and feels excellent! Bass and Sound quality is amazing. Cool LED strip. I traded in my Buds 2 pro for these, and I feel satisfied with the overall product. Seamless connection with my S23 Ultra. Excellent job Samsung Team.

Excellent ear buds. Sound quality is amazing. Very clear audio with deep bass. These sound better than the Buds 2 Pro that I recently had by a lot.
The fit is also better. These don't fall out constantly like the Buds 2 Pro did. The Buds 2 Pro are amazing but these are superior.
The voice controls are great and work perfectly for me. I don't have to touch the Buds to change songs, answer calls or adjust the volume. All that can be done with simple voice commands.
The touch controls work perfectly as well.
Call quality is way better. People can hear me way more clearly thanks to the new stem design.
Active noice cancelation has also improved.
The case doesn't feel cheap and the build quality seems solid. I also received a free protective case for the case which is extremely durable and adds an extra level of protection. Also wireless charging works while it's on perfectly.
Overall a solid pair of ear buds. Definitely worth the purchase if you have the means to do so.

[This review was collected as part of a promotion.] Where to begin. I will right off the bat say that when it comes to the audio of these buds are great. Coming from the competitors eco system, I will say that these buds are amazing. There are a lot of small mishaps along the way which is why I scored this 3/5. First off, as soon as I got the buds in my mail, there was the fiasko of quality control with the ear tips. I haven't changed them out because luckily I didn't have to. They fit well, but in the chance I needed to switch them out because hoensly i wanted to see which ear tip would fit best, I would be nervous to do so. When it comes to more software issues which can be fixed in updates I will say one that I'm not too happy is that when I hold down the button to activate the voice command, I don't have a prompt (like a beep or something) to know that I can speak to ask a question or something. If I'm playing music it will stop the song which is fine but otherwise I'm not sure if it's ready for me to speak into it or not. Another thing is that on my S24 plus, it shows up as the buds 2 icon. Just makes you have that feeling that this device was rushed out.

Uncomfortable and poor construction quality

Great sound, in-app customization and noise controls. But quite uncomfortable and not much of an upgrade over the Buds2 Pro.
They have a worse fit than the previous generation, hurting after 30 minutes with what the app deems a good fit, moreso with mouth movements such as talking or smiling. The base of the ear tips is too tight, making it prone to rip from the silicone when taking them off. Not as important, but the LED lights on the blades don't have the same brightness, which is a bit of an eyesore.

BEST EAR BUDS ALL-AROUND!

[This review was collected as part of a promotion.] The auto detection for noise cancelation is outstanding! The clarity of each song I listen to is also incredible as well. When I'm on a call, no matter how loud it is in the background where I'm at, I canstill hear the other person almost perfectly. And I can't forget to mention that the AI feature is amazing!
