Defective series of headphones, don't buy.

The 3 series were defective to begin with being pushed back a whole month. As for cosmetic design. These headphones don't age very gracefully. Cheap paint on product compared to the others in the series.
There is also a major defect where the left earbud would charge but the right one. Many consumers say Samsung will not take accountability on it and make up damages. I will never buy Samsung again. There are more tough and better earbuds out there. Wish I never traded in older headphones.
No, I would not recommend this to a friend.

Great sound but suboptimal fit.

[This review was collected as part of a promotion.] The sound from these buds is exceptional. My biggest complaint is the fit and design. They fall out on my ears more regularly than the Buds 2 pro. I understand the design change but the angle doesn't work for me. I spend more time trying to keep them in my ears than enjoying my music. When I do listen to my music I do enjoy it though. I always have a hard time with the fit in my ear canal and the fit test always says there is not a good seal. Not sure how to fix that though.

Thank you for sharing your feedback on the Galaxy Buds3 Pro, Mokesh. We understand that you may have concerns about a burnt smell coming from your earbuds' tips. The ear tips on the Buds3 Pro are made from silicone, while the insert consists of polyamide and glass fiber. To resolve the concern, we recommend cleaning your earbuds. Start by using a cotton swab and a dry brush to remove any debris from both the earbuds and the ear tips. Wipe the inside of the earbud tips with a soft, dry cloth to eliminate dust and earwax. Avoid using metal or wire brushes, as they may damage the earbuds. After cleaning, reattach the earbud tips and use a cotton swab to clean the charging contacts and sensors on both earbuds as well as the charging case. Finally, gently wipe the earbud blades with a dry, soft cloth. Proper maintenance will help ensure the touch commands function smoothly. Wont charge ear buds

Like most people, ear buds wont charge. Just a red blinking light. Help just says clean dirt and dry them out. Sigh, second set i have had and same thing. Dont know why i keep trying samsung ear buds. Last two have not worked. I will stick to cheaper ones. Paying top dollar isnt worth it if this is what we get.

We hate to see that you may be experiencing some challenges trying to charge your buds and want to ensure you're having the best experience possible. If the charging case's battery indicator light is flashing red, it may indicate an interruption during charging. To ensure proper charging, please use the included USB cable along with a Samsung-approved wall adapter (sold separately), and ensure the earbuds are positioned correctly in the case. It’s also important to keep the charging contacts on both the earbuds and inside the case clean and free of dust or debris that might affect charging. Additionally, check for any damage to the case, earbuds, and charger. Remember, Samsung offers a 12-month limited warranty for manufacturer defects, and you can also add Samsung Care+ for extended protection and support on eligible devices. Sounds good but doesn't stay in

When using features like Active Noise Canceling, Adaptive sound, or Ambient sound, the sound from the sub-microphone (located on the top outer edge of your earbuds) is adjusted based on the noise control mode and delivered through the speaker. If you're experiencing beeping or howling sounds, it might be due to touching or covering that area while putting on or adjusting your earbuds. To ensure the best experience, please make sure the sub-microphone isn’t covered when these features are activated.
