Painful Fit, Disappointing Sound

I really wanted to like these, but I can't. The sound quality is worse than my previous Galaxy Buds, and I strongly prefer the older design. If I wanted AirPods, I would buy AirPods. The biggest issue, though, is comfort. These hurt my ears, so I haven't even been able to wear them long enough to test all the features. Between the fit and the disappointing sound quality, these have been a letdown. I've had these since launch and I've only been able to stand them a handful of times for less that 5 minutes. Might be time to look elsewhere.
No, I would not recommend this to a friend.

Achieving the right fit is essential for optimizing audio quality. The Galaxy Buds3 Pro come with different ear tip sizes, so make sure to select the size that best fits your ears, ensuring there’s no gap between the ear tip and your ear.
To wear them correctly, please follow these steps:
1. Check for the L (left) and R (right) directional marks on the earbuds.
2. Insert the R bud into your right ear and the L bud into your left ear, with the tips facing you.
3. Angle them slightly so the microphone faces your mouth.
4. Adjust by rotating the buds until they feel comfortable.

Great sound and perfect match for Galaxy phones

Not only do they make voices a lot clearer, but they free up your hands for keyboard use or note taking. I also like how the Galaxy AI noise reduction makes having a conversation possible even when you can't move to a quiet spot.

The noise cancellation is mind blowing, even while driving a car with windows down or cutting the grass with a loud lawn mower, the person im talking to on the phone can not tell at all. The audio while listening to music is fantastic as well extremely crystal clear. While using the app you have many options that you can use and adjust the sound quality to your liking.

Excellent sound

[This review was collected as part of a promotion.] This device is excellent, extremely intuitive and fast to use this device switching in-between my phone and tablet. Also the audio clarity for music is excellent, as well as phone call quality is really good. From the callers perspective they don't hear any outside noise bleeding into our conversation and on my end in my ears they sound clear.

Love these buds!

[This review was collected as part of a promotion.] I purchased these when I found out I had cancer and would be traveling back and forth to doctors and hospitals 2 hours away. The Galaxy AI really bumps these up a notch with Bixby and translator. The noise cancelation on these is top notch and they stay charged for a long time. I was leary at first but really happy I decided to get these!
