Always falling out

I like the look, but they always fall out of my ears, especially when talking or chewing

Will not buy these again

Long lasting headphones. Worked great sounded great. But after owning 2 pairs in under 6 months I will not purchase another pair. Anything short of carring them in bubble wrap and placed on a pillow where ever you go they will break without fail. They have been such a huge disappointment. Really thinking about switching to i phone after owning these headphones

Bud's Pro 3 won't stay in my ears. Big Sad

[This review was collected as part of a promotion.] I typically use my Buds Pro 3 to listen to music during my long shifts at work. Although the audio clarity is fantastic I have issues with them falling out anytime I move my head or drink something. I wish there were other options available for the changeable ear pieces such as memory foam or other materials like silicone.
Getting the earbuds out and into the case can be a little tricky because the materials are so smooth it's difficult to get a purchase or good grip on them.

However, locating the device remains a challenge. Unlike competitors that allow you to track individual earbuds or the case, Samsung’s tracking options are limited. If the device is lost or stolen, there’s no reliable way to locate or lock it.

They keep falling out. I tried both size ear buds. Not something that Ill ever use.

Defective series of headphones, don't buy.

The 3 series were defective to begin with being pushed back a whole month. As for cosmetic design. These headphones don't age very gracefully. Cheap paint on product compared to the others in the series. There is also a major defect where the left earbud would charge but the right one. Many consumers say Samsung will not take accountability on it and make up damages. I will never buy Samsung again. There are more tough and better earbuds out there. Wish I never traded in older headphones.
No, I would not recommend this to a friend.

Great sound but suboptimal fit.

[This review was collected as part of a promotion.] The sound from these buds is exceptional. My biggest complaint is the fit and design. They fall out on my ears more regularly than the Buds 2 pro. I understand the design change but the angle doesn't work for me. I spend more time trying to keep them in my ears than enjoying my music. When I do listen to my music I do enjoy it though. I always have a hard time with the fit in my ear canal and the fit test always says there is not a good seal. Not sure how to fix that though.
