Great buds

[This review was collected as part of a promotion.] I love these earbuds better than my last pair if samsung pro buds. I really enjoys the ability of speaking for ur music to stop,forward and other commands, before my hair would touch it and fast forward.. much clearer.

Unable to wear as they cause ear inflammation

[This review was collected as part of a promotion.] Every time I wear these buds for any length of time over a few minutes, the inside of my day canal gets red, inflamed & eventually cracks & bleeds & gets infected if I keep wearing them.
I've tried replacing the ear tips with a different brand, cleaning the tips & buds carefully with isopropyl alcohol, but this still happens. And it only happens with Samsung earbuds, not with any other brand.
I sent them back to Samsung and y'all returned them to me saying they were fine & basically told me too bad & have a nice life.

Must have headphones

[This review was collected as part of a promotion.] I absolutely love these things. The cool look with the sharp stems in silver with lights. The Galaxy Ai's adaptive audio, is awesome, great when jogging or riding my bike changing noise levels so I can listen to music but still hear everything around me. The noise canceling is the best I've ever had in, in the ear headphones. The 360° audio and head tracking is awesome, especially while playing video games. Auto switch is great when pudding games on pc and a call comes through it switches instantly. Translation is great, helped me in a Spanish speaking country, while knowing very little Spanish it made it so easy to communicate. They sound great too.

My Best Listening Experience Ever, But Not Perfect

[This review was collected as part of a promotion.] I bought my Buds3 Pro in early 2025, as I was interested in Galaxy AI's Interpreter features for my work. First, the good: the sound quality knocked me out of my socks. These are the first earbuds I've ever used that I could truly say had a proper soundstage. They sound absolutely superb. The ANC (Active Noise Cancelation) is also great, as well as the passthrough. I can have my buds in for a whole shift at work and forget they're there entirely. Now, for the AI Interpreter. In my experience, it's ok. It acts as a fancier Google Translate, which is what I paid for, so it's fine. Most conversations go smoothly via Interpreter. For my line of work, I need to talk with relatively technical terms that Interpreter seems to struggle with. I've had many customers just shake their head in confusion at Interpreter's translation, or when I talk, I have to instead type what I want to say because Interpreter doesn't get my words right. Beyond that, there is also a glitch I've had for months where if I'm in a call, at random, one bud will disconnect, turn on ANC, fade to passthrough, reconnect, then the other will do the same, then both will do it simultaneously, but I have to manually reconnect them to my S25 Ultra. I have tried every troubleshooting step I can think of, and seemingly no one online has this issue. Aside from those 2 gripes, though, these are the best earbuds I have ever used. They sound fantastic, are extremely comfortable, and work seamlessly with my Samsung devices.

The Galaxy 3 Pro Are The Cherry On TOP!

[This review was collected as part of a promotion.] These Samsung Galaxy 3 Pro are exactly what I've looked for when it comes to my ears. The sound that gets projected into my ears are just simply clear yet the sound just as smooth as a record player. Their size is absolutely the best because they fit just about anywhere; my jeans pockets secure them. The bond between my ears and the buds are inseparable simply because the way they hug my ears especially when I'm out for a morning run. Before the buds came into my life it was hectic couldnt focus, couldnt enjoy my music like i wanted to. No more room for any uneasy and discombobulated in my daily routine. I don't know where I would have been without them. Thank you Samsung!
