Great Upgrade and fit

[This review was collected as part of a promotion.] I have been using Samsung earbuds for ears. I bought these by exchanging my Buds pro. By far the buds 2 were the best I had ever used, but these were one of the best upgrades. Them seemed to fit seamlessly in the ears and were great during workouts. The ANC at the time were also a great shift from the previous generation. And I am assuming the next gens are far better

Almost perfect headphones

[This review was collected as part of a promotion.] These headphones are excellent overall—great sound quality, battery life, and design. They also come with multiple earbud tip sizes, which is a nice touch. However, the earbud tips ended up being the only real issue for me. Once they pick up natural ear oils, they become extremely slick and start slipping out pretty easily, even when using different sizes. It makes it hard to maintain a secure, comfortable fit over time.
I really wanted to give these a perfect score because everything else is fantastic, but the earbud tips hold them back. Improving the material or grip of the tips would make these nearly perfect!

Minor inconveniences but quality product overall

[This review was collected as part of a promotion.] Quality earbuds but cant tell if they are charging when the case is closed, occasionally end up with one earbud not charged because of "moisture or debris" in the case when there isnt either. Case has been having wierd issues lately where it will say its fully charged and then when I unplug it, it drops to 7%.
