Nice design and case

[This review was collected as part of a promotion.] I've used Samsung Galaxy phones from the S7 Edge until now and continue to do so. They're great devices for work in any environment. I just want to point out that people who use earbuds for long periods will experience uncomfortable moments when they detect high-pitched notes, such as metal clangs, as they generate some weird noises. Also, wearing them for extended periods, like 3-4 hours of watching videos or listening to music, causes humidity in the ear, which can lead to infection. I have no doubt that Samsung has advanced techniques that will upgrade these features sooner or later, but I hope it comes sooner. Can't wait to get Fold 8 and new buds. Love the AI but don't have the qualified device..so I'll pass that.

Great interoperability with all my Samsung devices

They perform excellent and the auto switching ability has made life switching audio between my samsung devices practically seamless. Thr noise cancellation and ambient mode switching is convenient as well as the on stem volume controls. I would recommed them to anyone looking for high quality audio and convenience in a wireless earbud solution.

Great earbuds with an ear tips problems

[This review was collected as part of a promotion.] Use the buds to listen to music and to call on messenger. The Galaxy AI does a great job at reducing the noise from the environment. The person I am in call with doesn't hear what is happening around my area and just hears my voice clearly. The one problem I do have is the earbud tips. They're hard to put on. They can also rip easily, if you're are not careful, when you're trying to change tips.
