They are alright

[This review was collected as part of a promotion.] The buds pro 3 are decent earbuds but the controls i feel are clunky and the case not having an option to beep when lost is a concern too when owning this product. Hardly any decent case options stinks too, the first 2 gens had pokemon pokeballs as cases for your buds.

[This review was collected as part of a promotion.] The original galaxy buds samsung had, we're ok. I have small ears, so all of these buds don't always stay in my ears. The pro three series, also won't stay in my ears. I don't remember what the directions say about fast forward, Stop, go, answer a phone, etc. So, with that in mind, they don't do me any good - EXCEPT to listen to a youtube video or a movie i may be watching or a phone call ( that I have answered from tapping on my phone screen). All in all, I am still glad I purchased them. I really would like to trade in my old, and I mean old, samsung earbuds - the little bitty things, for the brand new 4's. Will see. The open earbuds stay on the outside part of my ear Very nicely. BUT: the little piece where the sound comes out of I can barely hear. And Yes, I have the volume turned up. And my hearing is almost perfect. The piece where the sound come out of is not close enough to the hole in my ear For me to hear it very well. Sad, cause I really like those.

Minor inconveniences but quality product overall

[This review was collected as part of a promotion.] Quality earbuds but cant tell if they are charging when the case is closed, occasionally end up with one earbud not charged because of "moisture or debris" in the case when there isnt either. Case has been having wierd issues lately where it will say its fully charged and then when I unplug it, it drops to 7%.
