Triangular stems are not easy to handle and the case’s design needs to be reimagined. The clear lid will show micro scratches over time and the charging wells have the earbuds facing out which makes it unnatural when removing and replacing the earbuds as they face opposite of the direction they face when you place them in your ears. That’s an annoying shame because it takes away from the overall user experience. However, the performance and audio features were outstanding.
No, I would not recommend this to a friend.

To minimize micro-scratches on the clear lid, keeping the case in a protective pouch or a soft cloth when not in use can help maintain its appearance over time. As for the charging wells, their layout aims to ensure secure placement, but we recognize that the alignment might feel less intuitive. Carefully aligning the earbuds with their directional markings (L for left and R for right) before placing them in the case may make the process smoother. Excellent sound and connection

Seamless actions across apps and connectivity between my fold6, wach ultra and galaxy book 4 edge is just awesome and really adds to the ease of us and overall experience. Really glad I decided to stay in the samsung ecosystem for this generation.

I like the fit and the sound. Noise canceling works well. The only thing that I don't like is the short battery life. I sit at a desk all day and by hour 3-4 I have to recharge them to finish the day. I have them attached to my Galaxy s24 Ultra listening to YouTube music. The phone battery decline rapidly as well when using the two together. Otherwise, I love them.
I would recommend this to a friend!
