After using my galaxy buds (1st gen) for 6 years I have to change to this guys and the difference is tremendous, really happy with al the features

Do not fit my ears

Do not fit my ears properly. After trying to get them to work for over an hour, I gace up. Will not stay in ear and will not maintain a seal regardless of which ear piece I use. Wish we could go back to making the old bean shaped earbuda.

I ordered Buds3 and I always have trouble putting earbuds with the silicone tip. They do come with two other different sizes and I have tried both small and medium. In the app it will assist you to ensure you have a good seal and WOW once I had them in my ear the sound was AMAZING! The noise cancellation, cancels all sounds, perfect for air travel...no more popping of the ears.

These are great headphones. The only downside is the shape of the ear piece. It can be finicky to get back into the case at times. Really my only complaint! Love my galaxy buds.
