They dont stay in my ears during a workout, and the noise cancelation goes in and out :( Sound quality is great when they stay in if I dont move.
No, I would not recommend this to a friend.

The ANC feature is designed to provide a superior and immersive listening experience, and we want to help you get the best out of it. Sometimes, the performance can be affected if the earbuds aren't properly fitted. If they aren’t snug in your ears, or if the ear tip size is too small, it can lead to sound leakage and reduced noise cancellation. We recommend checking that you've got the right size of ear tips for a secure fit and that they are properly installed in the earbud groove. If you're open to it, trying out different ear tip sizes can really enhance your experience. If you've tried all this, be sure to check and make sure that your buds and the device it's connected to are up to date with the latest software. [This review was collected as part of a promotion.] I love these ear buds, I use them for Microsoft Teams calls in a noisy starbucks and no one can hear anything but my crystal clear voice. Add in the AI capability for search functions and the language translation features and I dont k ow what else to say. Wait, I do have one more thing to say, they are comfortable to wear on long airline flights while also locking noise.

These are garbage. Battery doesn't last long, when I put them in the case to charge, frequently only one bud gets charged.. pain to put in and take out of case.

Horrible do not waste you money on these their terrible!!!! They don't stay in your ear properly, the sound is not good at all, and the battery life on the case sucks!! Don't waste your money like it did.

Sounds and fit are great. Need skip button

Anti sweat works great and fit is perfect. A little more charge in the case would be nice.. if I workout an hour a day for a week I have to charge before weeks up..

Bad Ear tip design but has good sound

[This review was collected as part of a promotion.] The design on these are awful for the ear tips. Just hope you don't accidentally tear them because they would get stuck. I had to send my in for repair to have the stuck ear tips taken off. Now for the sound. The bass is great,the Noise cancelation works as expected to reduce background noise (works even better with music and movies).I hope Samsung Replaces Buds 3 Pro with an updated design for the ear tip so customers can easily replace them.

Great buds overall

[This review was collected as part of a promotion.] Buds are really comfortable and the noise cancellation is amazing. Galaxy AI features are really great. The only reason I didn't give 5 stars is due to the slight clicking noise that sometimes come in the right bud. But no issues apart from that.
