[This review was collected as part of a promotion.] Let me just start by saying I was committed to using a pair of Jabra Wireless Earbuds I bought a few years back and I was not going to buy any new ones. I was convinced they had the perfect quality of sound I needed and that was that. But these Wireless Buds came into my life and changed that. Not only do they look great but they sound amazing. The noise canceling is great too! I am amazed by the customizability of the earphones through Samsung's software and I'm still discovering features. I am very satisfied with these earphones and I'm glad I took a chance on them.

It's all good but one thing.

The only problem is the noise cancellation mode isn't enough. I still can hear my sister and brother's noises while I'm studying which is very sad.

Great connectivity and sound, but I cannot get a good fit. I am frequently pushing the earbuds in. Despite that, they occasionally fall out. Samsung earbud 2 had a better fit.
No, I would not recommend this to a friend.

Thank you for informing us about the fit of your Galaxy Buds3 Pro. Galaxy Buds3 Pro come with different-sized ear tips. The first step is to ensure you have the right size tips for your ears. You want them to fit snugly so there isn't a gap between your ear and the ear tip. This helps prevent sound leaks and ensures optimal audio quality. If you need instructions for changing the tips, check out our guide for the Buds3 Pro tips (see link below). Once you have the correct tips installed:
- Check the bottom of the earbuds for directional marks. You will see an L and an R.
- Insert the R bud into your right ear with the R facing you.
- Insert the L bud into your left ear with the L facing you.
- Angle the blade slightly so that the microphone on the bottom points toward your mouth rather than straight down.

[This review was collected as part of a promotion.] The Galaxy Buds Pro 3 offer an outstanding audio experience, making them a highly recommended set of headphones. However, a few technical quirks detract from the overall polish. Specifically, the charging contacts can be finicky; if an earbud is dropped and replaced, it occasionally fails to initiate charging within the case. Furthermore, the 'Find My Earbud' locator feature needs improvement, as the beeping sound is often not loud enough to be effective. A less frequent, but notable, issue is that dropping a bud can sometimes introduce a brief period of white noise, rendering the earbud temporarily inoperable until it is cycled through the charging case. Despite these minor setbacks, the array of features, especially the real-time translation capabilities, offers exceptional value for Samsung smartphone users.
