Durability

[This review was collected as part of a promotion.] These buds are the best by far. I love how the durability the most. These buds literally went through the washer and still work fine. No odd noise, no static, no charging issues, nothing. I have dropped the case so many times, not an issue one. I use my buds almost every day. I love the noise canceling benefits and the AI benefits. Haven't used them much yet, only had the buds 6 months now, but still pretty cool.

Overall love the buds and this is my only complaint!

Great sound and secondary use

[This review was collected as part of a promotion.] Used the bud pros with galaxy Ai interpreter traveling Europe and was able to communicate with Italians, French, Croatian, Spaniards, Turkish and Egypt. They were also great for nosie cancelling while on the plane traveling. They were also great with Google maps for directions while wondering different countries cities walking and public transportation.

[This review was collected as part of a promotion.] I've been bying the updated bud for the past 5+ years and these are by far the best ones! The equalizer and pre-set sound options paired with the 360 sound is a great combination for tuning for the right sound that im looking for and the bass is just as loud and powerful as some of the large 'over ther ear' headphones . The voice command feature was a genius idea!I don't have to fumble with my phone or fiddle with my watch when someone wants to talk to me while im listening to music. I think it's pretty cool that I can say " stop music" to have a conversation! The multiple microphones are a dream when in adaptive mode! Haven't had the opportunity to use the translator yet but im looking forward to that experience.

[This review was collected as part of a promotion.] I love my ear buds so much! They make me more productive at work with the AI features and the translation from Spanish to English is seamless. Battery is really good as well after a year of using them. I recommend everyone to get a pair!
