sounds okay, but since I have an ear canal that isn't "normal" one side fits weird. This wasn't an issue with the original buds.

Unlike the original in-ear buds that form a seal using suction for direct sound transmission, the Galaxy Buds3 Pro sit more loosely and rely less on ear shape. They include different-sized ear tips, so choose the correct size for a snug fit—this helps prevent sound leaks and enhances audio. Look for the L and R marks at the bottom of the earbuds. Insert the R earbud into your right ear with the R facing you, and the L into your left ear with the L facing you. Slightly tilt the stem to direct the microphone toward your mouth. Adjust the earbuds by rotating them for comfort and use the fit test to confirm proper placement. We understand preferences vary, but we hope you find a good fit with your Galaxy Buds3 Pro. [This review was collected as part of a promotion.] Overall, great phone, I've had it for about a week after my previous phone's camera broke. The camera on this phone is fantastic, great specs, great storage space, I have some many apps downloaded and I can still download much more, does not lag, great size for my hands. I need to take so many notes at work and with the stylus it's super helpful since it's right at my fingers, I don't need to grab a note pad, it's the best upgrade I've done so far when it comes to phones.

These Buds Are For Me

[This review was collected as part of a promotion.] I have had numerous sets of ear buds and didn't realize what I was missing out on until I got The Galaxy Buds 3pro. WOW!!! You can automatically tell a difference in these Buds and any others I have tried. "Other Buds" always have one that never seems to give off the same volume or even sound. With my 3pros the sounds are so crystal clear in both ears. Your always getting the same volume when you have them both in, without any distortion. You get only clear sounds. No matter if listening to a podcast, music, and especially when you have them in while talking to aomeone, they are always crystal clear! I would and have suggested these to anyone looking for earbuds!!!

Great Untol They Weren't

When I got these earbuds, I loved them. The sound was great and the fit was perfect. One day, I put them on and the right one screamed in my ear. I have no clue why. I set them aside in my drawer for a while until someone in Members said to turn off ANC. That worked for a couple of times then they screamed in my ear again. It startled me and the bud flew out of my ear.
No, I would not recommend this to a friend.

When an update is available, you'll get a popup notification on your computer. Click Check for Updates or Update and follow the instructions. If the problem continues, submit an error report via the Wearables app while connected to your earbuds. Open the app, tap the three horizontal lines, then tap Settings and select Contact Us.
