Superior Sound POOR Design Functionality

Main reason I'm leaving at 3:00 is because although the product is superior the functional design is poor. #1 the earpiece is too long so when you wash your face/dry your face/anything with your face your hands will bump it. #2 it's too difficult to put these back into the case efficiently and quickly its way too awkward. #3 they grt loose/fall out the ears too easily. #4 the case is heavy and could be half the weight. Functional design is important and I would return these if I could.
No, I would not recommend this to a friend.

We appreciate you taking the time to share. You've mentioned issues related to obstruction, placing the earbuds in the case, and transportation, which we will pass on to our developers. Regarding fit, here’s some guidance: the Galaxy Buds3 Pro come with different-sized ear tips. First, ensure you are using the correct size— snug fit, with no gaps between the ear and the tip, helps prevent sound leaks and enhances audio quality. If you need instructions on changing the tips, refer to our guide linked below. After fitting the correct tips: check the bottom of each earbud for the L and R markings. Insert the R earbud into your right ear with the R facing you, and do the same for the L. Angle each slightly so that the microphone on the bottom points toward your mouth, not straight down. Rotate the earbuds until they fit comfortably. You can also run a fit test to confirm the right fit. See the linked article below for more on achieving the optimal fit. Sounds quality is King

I love the quality and the range on these. I can be in another room and they still stay connected. And they are on sale right now best price I have seen.

[This review was collected as part of a promotion.] Since I have them I am very satisfied, great sound quality and the modes are excellent, they are a great tool for work since they allow me to answer calls with clear sound and apart from that at my work there is noise from machines and when I speak they tell me that no noise can be heard only my voice and that is quality and thanks to Galaxy AI of course, in short I think they are the best headphones I have ever had and I feel that I have made a good purchase.

Great product

[This review was collected as part of a promotion.] I really enjoy using these earbuds overall — the sound quality is crisp, the bass is deep without being overwhelming, and the Bluetooth connection is fast and reliable. The battery life is also excellent; I can go through a full day of work and still have plenty of charge left. The touch controls are intuitive, and the case is compact and easy to carry around.
That being said, my biggest issue is that the earbuds just don’t stay in my ears very well. Even with the different ear tip sizes, they tend to slip out, especially when I’m moving around. This can get frustrating at times, especially since everything else about them is great.
If Samsung could improve the fit or add more secure options for people with different ear shapes, these would be perfect. Until then, I’d say they’re still an excellent choice if comfort and staying power aren’t deal-breakers for you.

Audio performance is fantastic—clear, balanced, and premium. Usability is top-tier; the transition to a stem-based design allows for perfectly engineered pinch and swipe controls, making volume and playback intuitive and reliable. The true headline, however, is Galaxy AI. Features like Real-Time Translation (with a Galaxy phone) and advanced Adaptive ANC, which intelligently tailors noise canceling to your surroundings (e.g., dampening a jet engine while allowing a voice announcement), deliver an unparalleled, futuristic experience.
Unfortunately, the new, angular design of the main earbud body, which sits deeper in the concha, causes significant discomfort and irritation for a notable number of users. This is a common complaint, with some finding the new shape virtually unwearable for extended periods or for simply resting their head. The issue prevents the Buds from being the ultimate all-day earbud they were designed to be.
The next generation requires a complete redesign of the earbud shell to a smoother, more universally ergonomic shape. The current Pro models are an engineering marvel in audio and AI, but a design rethink is mandatory to match that excellence with foundational, all-day comfort.

Finally top buds from Samsung

[This review was collected as part of a promotion.] The Samsung Galaxy Buds Pro 3 are seriously great. The sound is super clear with nice bass, and music and calls both sound awesome. The noise canceling is really impressive—it blocks out background noise without making things sound weird. They’re really comfy too, even after wearing them for a long time, and they stay in place really well. Battery life is solid—I can use them all day without needing to charge. They connect to my phone right away, and switching between my phone and tablet is super smooth. The touch controls are easy to use. Overall, just really solid earbuds that do everything I need.
