Noise canceling and charging

[This review was collected as part of a promotion.] The noise canceling doesn't really work anymore.And at times when charges and the other don't so I will pull him out the pack and one will be at ninety seven.And one will be at three percent.It's either or at any given time

Good earbuds + horrible case/charging = useless

They are outstanding earbuds and work great. That being said, the case/charging ability is atrocious and makes using these difficult and frustrating. Every time I use them to go for a run or just charge the case the case will not charge them. It gives an error that charging has stopped and I need to clear the earbuds of moisture/debris. I can wipe them, clean them, use alcohol wipes, etc and nothong will work. Even if I simply charge the case while wearing them without working out I will get that error. I either have to make them sit for 6+ hours out of the case or mess with the charging prongs at the bottom of the vase with a smalls screw driver for it to work. Extremely frustrating. I have had these less than a month and have had the issue since day one. Its always the left ear bud for some reason, but sometimes both of them. There are dozens of reddit threads with this same issue. Wish I saw those before wasting my money on them.
No, I would not recommend this to a friend.

[This review was collected as part of a promotion.] When I bought my buds3 Pro I was a little skeptical because I was more used to my buds2 pro and did not really liked the look, but from the first moment I put them in my ears they fit perfectly I knew I would love them, over time I wanted to replace the sponges and I couldn't find any information anywhere I had to search on youtube for a while I think that's the only complaint everything else was great, one day my son was playing and threw them in the pool and nobody noticed I thought I had lost them, 6 days later I found them and they were still working like the first day very well done Samsung.

Amazing features+Great sound!

These earbuds feature Galaxy AI that allow them to do all kinds of cool things such as translate different languages into a language that you understand on the fly! They sound amazing too, with adaptive noise canceling and EQ settings to tailor the sound to best suit you! I love these earbuds and wouldn't give them up for anything! Except maybe the next one's to come out!

[This review was collected as part of a promotion.] These headphones have unmatched quality and the surround sound is insane, I recommend them 100% and these are better than the previous version because they adhere better to the ears and do not fall as much, noise cancellation is another wonder that they could have implemented, there can be scandals outside and you can still listen to your music and your audios without any inconvenience.

They provide great audio, a comfortable fit, and a seamless experience for Galaxy phone users. I often pop them on at work to get through the day. Samsung has also done a great job integrating the voice controls, allowing hands-free operation without needing a wake word, which is a surprisingly convenient feature once you get used to it.A key advancement is the integration of Galaxy AI, though its full potential is unlocked only when paired with a compatible Samsung phone. The standout feature is the Real-time Interpreter Mode, which allows for simultaneous, in-ear translation during face-to-face conversations. Recommended.
