Best headphones I've ever had.

[This review was collected as part of a promotion.] I went from using Sony xm4s and they were great and didn't think I could find better but the galaxy buds 3 pro definitely proved me wrong. One thing I wish it had was better use for the galaxy Ai. Maybe I haven't figured it out yet . But I love the noise canceling and the ambient sound. I recommend to my dad and he purchased them aswell and has loved it.

The absolute best buds I've ever had!

[This review was collected as part of a promotion.] These buds are incredible! Just by simply opening the case they connect to my phone. The sound is amazing and (maybe the best part) they don't hurt my ears after extended use. The battery life is also great! For me, these are a must to have!!!

The galaxy 3 bud pro

[This review was collected as part of a promotion.] I like the galaxy bud 3 pro because I use it in the car when i am riding with the family I can watch my movies on my phone it sounds really good and it takes out all of the sounds out. When I talk to someone on the phone I can hear them real well I use my galaxy buds,all of the time. The best thing that i have ever bought. The galaxy al is a big help when i need it it is very useful.

[This review was collected as part of a promotion.] Mine have been great up to about 6 month. After that I have to disconnect them and reconnect in order for the other person to hear me. I have to press down individually on the head sets for them to start charging in the case. The noise cancelation was excellent when they were new but over some time it didn't work as good

To start troubleshooting the microphone, we recommend cleaning the buds first. If the microphone hole is blocked, sound may not be picked up properly. Please clean the microphone hole, speaker, and air duct regularly to prevent debris from building up. You can use a clean, dry soft brush or a cotton swab to remove any earwax or debris. Additionally, you can try restarting the earbuds. Make sure to check the direction of the earbuds and insert them into their corresponding slots in the charging case, ensuring the case is charged. After that, close the charging case and remove the earbuds after at least seven seconds. You might reset the earbuds to help with the microphone. To do this, tap the Galaxy Wearable app, go to Earbuds settings, select Reset, and follow the on-screen instructions. Regarding the noise cancellation, having a proper fit is crucial to prevent sound leaks. Please try out the different bud tips to find the ones that block out sound the best. For your charging concerns, make sure that you are using the approved Samsung charger that came with your buds. Also, check for any damage, debris, or signs of moisture. This product has GREAT features

These are the best ear buds yet! Worth the price. When sirens are heard, it mutes so you can be aware of your surroundings. Im just blown away with my purchase.
