Although I love the Samsung brand, I wasn't a fan.

[This review was collected as part of a promotion.] I don't like the new shape of the earbuds, which keep falling out of my ears, despite switching out the actual ear tips to try each size out. I don't like the fact that when I'm using my Galaxy Ai app, the volume automatically cuts to half strength/power, so I can barely hear it when I'm out in public, with one earbud in. So far, the
I loved the battery life on it, and I like that it works seamlessly with my Samsung Gala S23 Ultra, and the range on them. I can go from my bedroom to the kitchen, and still be paired to my phone. My Beats Fit Pro earbuds fit the best in my ears, but they don't have the same range as the Galaxy Buds 3 Pro do.

Thank you for sharing your thoughts on the Galaxy Buds3 Pro! We appreciate knowing that you’ve tried out the different ear tips to find the right fit. To get the best performance, check the bottom of the earbuds for the directional marks. You’ll see an “L” for the left ear and an “R” for the right. When inserting them, place the R bud in your right ear with the “R” facing you, and the L bud in your left ear with the “L” facing you. Angle them slightly so that the microphone on the bottom is pointing toward your mouth. You can also rotate the earbuds back and forth to find the most comfortable fit. We recommend running the earbud fit test to ensure they're properly fitted. As for the volume concern with the Galaxy AI app that you are referring to, please check the sound settings for that specific app and look for any updates in the Wearable app. If the volume still seems off, we're here to help, so don’t hesitate to reach out to Samsung Support. Great Calls - Great Sound

[This review was collected as part of a promotion.] First, these buds are great for calls. The listener doesn't even know I'm using earbuds. And the sound on my end is amazing. Finally, earbuds with bass! My only issue is that I can't figure out how to get the touch controls to work. For now, I'm just using my phone for the controls.

Best headphones on the market

[This review was collected as part of a promotion.] The buds 3 pros are such an upgrade from the last buds 2. If you have multiple samsung devices using them between all devices are a breeze! I can be listening to music on my phone, while scrolling through Social media on my tablet, select a video and it will play over my music on my phone!
Using Galaxy AI on your headphones is very easy also you just click and hold for Gemini and can ask it anything you want without needing to pull out your phone.
I love how all samsung devices connect with ease.

Clear as a bell and fits like a glove

I can literally do my walks with my dog with them in my ears and they won't jiggle or fall out of my ears. I also love the translation feature when I want to understand something in another language or if someone is speaking to me in another language. It's so helpful. They're compact and the case they sit it is sturdy
