Horrible design

The design is terrible; the material they're made of is smooth. They can't hold well on your fingers. Every time I take them out of the box, they fall off. They need to change the design.

Terrible fit and terrible charging one bud just dosent charge half the time and dont count on samsung being there to help fix this problem. Hard to get them to fit snugly in ear but after messing with them they sound good but dont have the same solid fit like buds 2

As for the fit, the Galaxy Buds3 Pro come with different-sized ear tips, so it’s important to ensure you have the right size for your ears to prevent gaps that can affect sound quality. Make sure to place the right bud (R) into your right ear and the left bud (L) into your left ear, angling them slightly with the microphone facing towards your mouth. You can adjust them until they feel comfortable, and consider running the earbud fit test to ensure the proper fit. Sound Quality like no other

[This review was collected as part of a promotion.] The UHQ upscaler is like listening to old songs for the first time. Absolutely love the Galaxy AI features, being able to say "stop music," "play music," and "next song" are very nice when my hands are full. 10/10
