Can not get good fit with any of the included cushions, all show poor fit. Earbuds do not stay in as good as earbuds 2 pro. Like answering calls with voice commands.

You can also use other voice commands for music and volume control. For example, you can say “Play music,” “Stop music,” “Next song,” or “Previous song” to manage your playback. To adjust the volume, simply say “Volume up” or “Volume down.” We understand that in order to have the best experience with any earbuds, fit is crucial. We see that you have already tried the additional bud tips. We recommend checking the bottom of the earbuds for directional marks. You will find an 'L' for the left ear and an 'R' for the right ear. Insert the right bud (R) into your right ear with the 'R' facing you. Similarly, insert the left bud (L) into your left ear with the 'L' facing you. Angle the microphone, located on the bottom of the bud, slightly towards your mouth instead of pointing straight down. Also, be sure to adjust the buds by rotating them forward and backward until they fit comfortably. You can run an earbud fit test to ensure you have the proper fit. It's not a very good fix like the airpods and the sound is okay. Was expecting better sound and better fit.

Im having battery issues and button issues on the left earbud. Im having issues contacting support. I dont know what to do. If they worked like they did for the first week, I'd give them 5 stars

I have spent over 500dollars trying to find earbuds that has a high quality mic so the people i speak to only hear my voice and not the back ground. Ty Galxy Buds 3 pro. In you i have that and so much more there made to fit and not fall out in bumpy movement and has a nice battery life. Im very very pleased and have been bragging about you every since. Ty samsung.

A step backward for the Buds series

I loved the OG Buds, Buds+, and Buds 2 Pros, but these... First off, the stalks look goofy. Maybe they're a million times better for voice quality. I don't know. I don't talk on the phone much. And the controls... On the previous models, volume control and pause/play was so easy! A single tap or tap and hold with a single fingertip. Heck, you could even use your upper arm! Now, you have to "pinch." I can't get it to work half the time. I don't know. I think they're a step backward. I hope the next gen of Buds are better.
