Sound quality is good, but the fit is terrible. I have tried every tip size and even bought aftermarket tips from Comply Foam hoping to keep them in. After the buds start to warm up from being in my ears, they fall out just from sitting at my desk talking. Very dissapointed.

When putting the earbuds in, make sure to match the R and L markings—right earbud for your right ear and left for your left. Angle them slightly so that the microphone is pointing toward you, and don’t hesitate to adjust them until they feel just right. [This review was collected as part of a promotion.] I listen to my music loud, and when theres alarms going off or poeple trying to talk its a hassle to turn down th volume or remove your buds. For this reason, I love the incorporation of Ai to listening to audio voice commands; Especially its ability recognize speaking inviornments to enable ambiance without any manual touch. In the work place and home, I dont have to worry about alarms or other people getting my attention because the buds pick up the voice on their own and emphasizes their volume. this keeping both in the music and in the real world.

Got these for free with a pre order so decided to give them a try, controls did take time to get used to as im coming from the buds 2 pro which are very different.
Ear cushioning could be better i may just have to mess with the other 2 pairs of ear cushion for it to be secure but overall theyre great.

Even after trying different ear tip sizes, they don’t fit snugly in my ears. The touch controls are also unresponsive, and as a result, the noise canceling is underwhelming. Overall, the sound quality feels inferior compared to version 2.

Great audio and microphone

But I don't like how they handle getting them in and out of the case. They also feel too big for my small frame.

they are comfortable in the ears, the noise cancelling is superb, I ride the noise NYC subway everyday and it blocks the noise perfectly. The sound quality is also great. The only drawback I see is that it is easy to drop them when you pull them out of the case, which requires one to be extra careful. I already dropped one and it fell on the subway track and it was complicated to get it back, but I recovered it.
