[This review was collected as part of a promotion.] I really love my galaxy buds pro, I've been using the pro series buds since they first came out, the sound quality has definitely improved, but he new ai features are interesting, I've used the translation feature a few times and it seems to work pretty good. Waiting for the buds 4 to come out, if the trend goes they will be even better.

Love the head phones. Good sound like the features. the one thing I don't like is trying to charge them. I have to use parts of a plastic fork to keep them in the position so they will charge.

You definitely shouldn’t have to use a plastic fork to get them to charge correctly. To ensure everything is working well, please inspect the charging case, earbuds, and charger for any signs of damage. If one earbud is damaged, it may not charge properly, while the other could continue to work. It's important to use the included USB cable and a Samsung-approved wall adapter for charging. Also, make sure to check for any debris on the charging contacts, as that can affect the charging process. Just a reminder, all Samsung products come with a 12-month limited warranty against manufacturing defects in materials and workmanship, and you can opt for Samsung Care+ for extended coverage and support. smelly buds

I always have being huge fan of Samsung products but this buds are the worst of the worst!! why? because they smell !! -sulfur burnt type of smell is coming from my buds or case and it is not rubber ear tips causing that ,I am working already with E-Commerce and Specialty Claim dept on this matter just cant believe Samsung
