Incredible earbuds

The Galaxy Ai is tremendous, especially for the live translation feature.
The audio quality is also fantastic.

Best sound but poor charging

[This review was collected as part of a promotion.] No doubt about the sounds, noise canceling working good but charging bad because mostly the earphones not charging in the shell. You will find out after you want to use it (low batt)
So many times after used and put in the shell you must make sure it charging, if not take it out and put it again until it charging.
No any notification if the earphone not charging.

It's awesome to see that the sound has been great for you as well as the ANC feature. However, we see that you may be experiencing some challenges trying to get your buds to charge. It’s vital to ensure that the earbuds are seated correctly in their case for optimal charging. If they aren’t aligned just right, the contacts may not connect properly. We also recommend checking for any debris on both the earbuds and the charging contacts in the case. Dust or wax can accumulate over time, so a quick clean can really enhance the performance! Additionally, please inspect your case and charger for any signs of damage. Samsung products are covered by a 12-month limited warranty against manufacturing defects in material and workmanship. You also have the option to purchase additional coverage with Samsung Care+ for eligible devices, which provides extended protection and extra support. [This review was collected as part of a promotion.] Noise cancelling is superb i was in the windiest of weather to give you a clue im 6'8 320 and was get threw by violent winds and these ear buds still had no interference with my call still heard word for word...... Couldn't of been happier
