Amazing sound quality and features

[This review was collected as part of a promotion.] I have always been skeptical of purchasing things that I've always had poor quality versions of. And I have to say that I am blown away by these ear buds. The sound quality is crisp, even when I am driving with the windows down doing some off roading. At the same time, if someone needs to talk to me, i don't have to take them out to hear them. With the Galaxy AI, I can also use them in conjuction with my phone to use the translator features. I tried it out with a woman from the Ukraine who works at a coffee shop I frequent and it was amazing to break down the language barrier. These are phenomenal pieces of equipment and I would suggest they be in everyone's daily carry

We understand that you’re having difficulty getting your buds to fit snugly, which is essential for an exceptional listening experience. To achieve the right fit, start by checking that you have the correct size ear tips. A proper fit eliminates gaps between your ear and the ear tip, reducing sound leaks and enhancing audio quality. If you need instructions on changing the tips, please refer to our guide for the Buds3 Pro tips. Ensure proper placement by checking the directional marks on the bottom of the earbuds; you will see an "L" for the left bud and an "R" for the right bud. Insert the right bud (R) into your right ear with the "R" facing you, and do the same for the left bud (L). Slightly angle the buds so that the microphone on the bottom points towards your mouth, and adjust them by rotating them until you find the most comfortable fit. Additionally, you can use the Galaxy Wearable app to perform an earbud fit test, ensuring that you have the proper fit. Easy to place on ears..excellent sound...also sound distortion is excellent. Love the touch for sound control. Power indicator on mobile device synchronized to Buds.
All in all...very happy with my Buds.

Wireless Charging Broken

The Buds are okay, providing the expected sound quality. However, wireless charging, using Samsung's own wireless charger, is completely broken. The odd shaped case will not make firm enough contact to charge. This is an unnecessary step back and a huge disappointment.
