[This review was collected as part of a promotion.] Absolutely without a doubt the best buds I have ever put in my ears. And I've used a lot of "high quality" buds over the years. I can't wait for the next model to come out so I can upgrade and keep having the best buds on the market! And the new Galaxy AI integration between all products and platforms is as close to instantly seamless as anything out there.

This product has amazing sound

[This review was collected as part of a promotion.] These headphones are great. They have great sound, good noise cancelling features, as well as great comfort. The only reason i gave 4 stars is because i think they could make the size a little smaller so fits in ear better. Also i think the case needs some modifications. Everytime i go to out them in the magnets are so strong it wants to push them out of the case so you need to stop what your doing and use both hands or they will be jumping all over the place

It's great to hear from you, Marina. We really appreciate your honest feedback about the Galaxy Buds3 Pro and understand that you may be finding it challenging to get the right fit. As you might know, the Galaxy Buds3 Pro come with different sizes of ear tips, so the first step is to make sure you have the right size for your ears. It's important that they fit well, with no gaps between your ear and the ear tip, to help prevent sound from leaking out and to ensure you get the best sound quality. If you need help changing the tips, please check our guide for the Buds3 Pro. Once you have the right tips on your earbuds, look at the bottom for marks; you'll see an "L" for the left ear and an "R" for the right ear. Insert the R bud into your right ear with the R facing you, and the L bud into your left ear with the L facing you. Tilt the earbud slightly so that the microphone on the bottom is pointing toward your mouth, not straight down. You can also adjust the earbuds by turning them forward and backward until they feel comfortable. Additionally, you can use the earbud fit test in the Galaxy Wearable app to make sure you have the right fit. We hope these tips help you achieve a better fit. looks great, wonderful app and battery life. Its not the best fit in the ear despite different silicone tips and therefore not the top of line active noise cancellation. Also i deducted two stars as it refuses to connect via bluetooth to my samsung TV, like all my previous non-samsung devices did.
