My Galaxy Ear Buds 3 Pro are AWESOME!

Buds are amazing

[This review was collected as part of a promotion.] I have been using galaxy buds for quite a few years. These are impressive! They sound great. Noise canceling is great. Ambient noise is great for when you need to hear what is around you. I also use Galaxy AI through the ear buds, that way only I hear what is going on. The active translator is a great feature as long as it is set up before you need it. Music sounds phenomenal! Movies and shows are crisp and clear. I like the lights that you can turn on, just to show off the pros.

Excellent audio buds

[This review was collected as part of a promotion.] Love these new buds, they definitely are an upgrade to the buds 3. I use them to listen to music and to work. I have used the Galaxy AI feature to ask questions with great success. They fit and feel comfortable. The noise cancelling is top notch. I definitely recommend them as an upgrade or new purchase!

Great sound, ok battery

Great sound quality but major charging issues

The quality of sound is excellent but charging has really spoiled the experience. After about a year, one bud will charge and not the other. Its not always the same bud that doesn't charge so the issue is with both charging pockets--not just one. Pockets are clean and free of debris as are the buds. After removing and reinserting the buds, I can eventually get both to charge but sometimes it requires me to remove the charged bud from the charger to get the uncharged bud to initiate charging. This is appears to be a fairly widespread issue with the bud 3 pros. The previous gen buds did not have this issue and it makes me regret trading those in. Hopefully Samsung is able to get this squared away before the next gen release.
No, I would not recommend this to a friend.
