Only my left one works and I've only had them 2 weeks. I called Samsung about them and was told the return or trade in policy is for 1 week. They don't stay charged long and I only have 1 that works. It was a waste of money!

Downgrade from the Buds 2 Pro

Not a fan of the "Blade" design, it seems like Samsung gave into peer pressure and all design personality was lost with this itteration. There is also a lack of function as the controls have you pinch the blade instead of tap, this means I can no longer use them fingerless. The buds 2 pro i could have dirtly hands or gloves on and use my wrist to accept a call or change songs but that is not possible with the pinch controlls. I do not notice any change in sound qaulity in comparison to the Buds 2 pro, both sound good.
No, I would not recommend this to a friend.

Charging Issues

Overall they are great sounding and functioning. I am about ready to contact Samsung because the left bud has issues charging since the first time I used them. I'll go to put them in and the right will be 100% and the left will be 38%. I always use them in pairs. I'll receive a messdage on my phone that there's a bad connection, that I need to clean the bud and reinsert it.
Other than that I wish the lights could have more settings like pulse to the music.

Tried to contact Samsung support about brand new bud3 pro led light not working straight out the box and no response, bere in mind at the same time I purchased zfold7, watch 8 and flat black wireless traveling charger. No response at all. SMH!

New design fits more securely
