Great quality, a few minor gripes

[This review was collected as part of a promotion.] Really like the buds overall. They have great, premium build quality and all of the features work really well. I especially love having access to Galaxy AI on all my devices.
The 3 things I wish were a bit better:
1) I wish the buds were not rotated in the case. When you take them out, you need to turn them around before putting them in your ear.
2) whenever I take the buds out of my ears, I have to be especially careful how I grab them because often I will accidentally press the button which will play/pause my media. If I hold them from the earbud part instead of the stem, then I will end up blocking the sensors which will make them think they are in my ear, which will turn the noise cancelling on again or something.
3) I wish there was multi-device connecting. I'd love to connect them to my laptop and my phone and have it automatically switch from the laptop to my phone when I get a call, or have a gesture on the buds to quickly switch between 2 devices.

Translation feature is amazing.

[This review was collected as part of a promotion.] I love samsung earbuds, but i have bought every pair and not of them fit my ears. I have very small ears and , I have to continuously push them in my ear because they are too big even with the smallest or biggest ear piece on them.. the quality is great the sound is great but just doesn't fit my ears

When you insert the earbuds, be sure to look for the directional marks at the bottom. The "R" should face you when you place the right bud in your right ear, and the "L" should face you for the left bud. Try angling the earbuds slightly so that the microphone points toward your mouth rather than straight down. You can also adjust them by rotating them forwards and backwards until the fit feels right. Additionally, don't forget to run an earbud fit test in the Galaxy Wearable app to ensure you have the proper fit. We hope these tips help you enjoy your earbuds even more! Best ones yet

[This review was collected as part of a promotion.] Love every feature to these. I especially love the noise cancel feature. I can literally ask to call or text friends without ever having to touch my phone. The sound is wonderful and I can hear calls better too. Im sold on these and wish I gave them a chance sooner. They are definitely worth the price over others.
